Clean, easy access, quiet, comfortable

We have rented a few times with Joe and Debora and each time has been easy, efficient, clean and quiet. Communication is exceptional and timely. The beds are very comfortable and the place is clean. Huge bathroom is nice with a lrivate toilet area from bath and shower. We plan to continue to rent via them when visiting Vegas.

Wonderful Stay

The property manager had really great communication about everything from check in to housekeeping needs and check out. The location was super convenient to get to the strip and easy access to the monorail which is great to get all over the strip. The room is beautiful with great views. Had a really wonderful weekend and highly recommend renting this unit from this owner.

Nice space and convenient

Really nice having the kitchen so we didn't have to buy coffee every morning. Monorail was convenient. Several good restaurants within MGM. Lazy river was really fun, exceeded expectations. Thanks to the nice folks who left their floats by the elevator with a free sign. We enjoyed them and passed them along when we left.

Book it but save a space for us!

This was a great deal! Joe and his team were responsive and communicative during the booking and again, when our vacation approached. The place is tidy. Spacious bathroom. Nice tub. Strong ac. Comfy bed. Amenities such as cups and microwave and stuff as needed. We had a great time and as a new vrbo user, i was not sure what to expect. More than pleased and hope to book with Joe when we come back with friends!

Las Vegas MGM Signature Studio

1) There was a wine opener but no wine glasses. 2) Furniture is dated and not in the best of shape 3) The bed lamp closest to the bathroom is broken, the socket is loose and the light just flickers when it is turned on. 4) The bed lamp on the other side wasn’t plugged in, but when I plugged it in, it works the same way - very intermittently, the socket that holds the bulb is broken. 5)The on/off switch for the lamp on the table doesn’t work so the only way to turn it on and off is to unplug it. 6) No USB ports for charging devices. 7) When inspecting the bedding we noticed the mattress is torn, it’s on the side furthest away from the bathroom near the headboard, but bed was comfortable. 8) The clock/speaker on the night stand was unplugged so I moved the nightstand and plugged it in. After playing around with it for 15 minutes or so, I finally gave up. Whatever it is/does is not worth the effort. I left it unplugged. 9) As we were sitting on the couch watching tv, the light above the couch would periodically go from dim to bright, then back to dim. 10) The tv remote is difficult to use. Can't control the volume, even had trouble turning it on and off. I thought maybe the batteries needed to be changed but there are no batteries. 11) Refrigerator shelves don't slide out which makes it very difficult to maximize use and there is no freezer 12) Location was very good/convenient. 13) Limited utensils, pots/pans/etc... 14) Almost every light/lamp in the studio needs repair.

Loved our stay here. The owners were so thorough in their communication, got back to us immediately when we asked questions and were very helpful. The unit was great! Basics like pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Clean, comfortable and had a lovely view. Easy access for those who want to go to the strip yet a calm lobby & easy going check in unlike most big hotels and no resort fees! Everyone working there was very kind. We will definitely stay there again!

Quite perfect

I'd stay again. 10 minute ride from the airport. Front desk and greeters we're all accommodating and helpful. 19th floor view of the strip and mountains way in the background. King bed, great sofa, dining table. Large bathroom with instant hot water.. just a plus I think. Galley kitchen with all you need. The fridge doesn't have a freezer but we didn't need that. Ice machine by the elevators... Never ran out. We ordered grocery delivery to arrive about the time we'd arrive. It's important that you be there because the desk won't accept delivered groceries (we didn't know) due to claims of missing product.. Makes sense just a heads up. I really liked that there's an elevated hallway to the MGM/monorail. No walking the street to get there. From there the monorail heads north behind the strip so your a block away from anything anywhere. Very cool set up
