Owners were VERY responsive and did a great job anticipating and proactively providing any & all information. It was truly a perfect experience. Although the 4pm check-in and 11am check-out made our stay feel overly brief and the late check in made it challenging to get checked in, change of clothes, a bite to eat and to our concert on time despite being across the street from the concert venue. A 2;30 or 3pm check in would be helpful as we missed the opening band. Also, Vegas has become way overpriced. But as far and this property and our stay both were excellent.

Communication from Joe was excellent. Check in couldn't have been easier. Signature Tower 1 is perfect and closest to MGM. We love staying at the Signature for the ease of getting in and out, but still having access to all of MGM's resort features. Unit was very clean, balcony was nice to look out over the Strip. Amazing stay for my wife and I!!

Great hosts and great location.

Top notch communication. Everything was easy about this property. Hosts go out of their way to make sure your stay goes well. We will definitely look for this property again when we go back to Vegas.

So fun relaxing and leraning with friends. Celebrating new product launches. Loved that we had a private pool.The door doesn’t close on its own so when we asked for more supplies housekeeping left the door open for the afternoon.

Avoid staying here at all costs. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Joe and Deb gave the runaround with issues around no hot water. A few automated AI responses that contradicted the real issues with hot water. If you want to shower during your stay, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY or any property at any MGM LOCATION. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL REGRET IT. TRUST ME, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY IN VEGAS, even if you are drawn to the quietness of the location.

Great place!

Very nice comfortable place and great location. Access to adjacent resort facilities, work out and pool areas. Spa tub was a nice treat. Well stocked mini kitchen for preparimg and storing your own food.

Luxury Penthouse!

This stunning property is one that should not be missed. Everything is sparkly clean, wonderful bed, fluffy towels, and the room is so big! The views from your private balcony are so pretty, especially at night, and way up there, it is so quiet; I was there for a working conference, so that part was helpful. The USB-C and A ports were a nice little touch, too. The cute little kitchen came in handy, as well. These towers also have their own pools, which is nice. Getting around is a breeze, as the LV Monorail is right downstairs at the MGM property. I will definitely come back to this flat for next year’s conference!

It was nice with some small issues

We didn't have hot water for one morning. They did seem to get that working after I took an ice cold shower. There are some things that need updating..i.e., the broilers, the faucets (they leaked the whole time, and we had to put towels around them) and the ice machines. Had to go to different floors trying to find one that worked.We loved the big sectional couch to lounge on in the evening! I did like the place! We just had some small mishaps.

Great Location, beautiful room

This property was perfect for my wife and I. I was attending a work conference and the Mrs. joined for a short getaway. The walk to my conference in the MGM was very convenient. Close to shopping in the MGM and lots of restaurants close by. easy access to the MGM pool. All in all, no complaints at all from either one of us! Hope to stay again on my next vegas work trip.

Wonderful stay Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay in Joe and Debora’s lovely condo. The suite was exactly as pictured on VRBO. Very clean, comfy king bed, great view from the balcony. Joe and Debora were fabulous hosts, checking on how things were going and making themselves available to help with any questions we had. The location was perfect for taking in the strip or attending a concert at the Sphere; just a 25 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic

First time using a service like this for reservations. The room was spotless, decor was very welcoming and overall one of the best places to stay in Las Vegas. Check in was seamless and communication with host was very easy. The unit is Connected to MGM Grand, (5 minute walk). You get to enjoy luxury and all the glitz that you expect in Vegas at a value price. This unit especially is now our go to stay whenever we visit. Very pleased with our stay here. !!

Perfect Location!

We are locals and wanted a convenient location with a great view BUT no crowds! THIS is the spot! We walked to all of the amazing restaurants and bars on Las Vegas Blvd. But the highlight was ringing in 2025 from the balcony with the perfect view!

Loved everything about this spot. Fantastic location. Hyper clean. Great great communication. 40% of cost of same class of hotel room on strip. Easy access to everything. Quiet, zero smoke, great tub for a couple. Will absolutely stay there again. Excellent.

Signature Tower 1

The balcony view of the strip from the 33rd floor was amazing; mountains during the day and the lights at night. The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and the owner was attentive throughout our stay, checking in via text to see if all was well and if we needed anything. Overall, a very good experience.
