This home is beautiful and has everything you need for a great trip. It comfortably slept 7 adults. It has a completely stocked kitchen, tons of family games and backs up to the creek. Easily walkable to Pearl Street and CU campus. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful, well pointed, and great location. Our family had a wonderful stay. Kitchen has all kitchen ware needed to cook and enjoy the backyard scenery. Sitting down by the creek was therapeutic. Other than the family wedding activities we barely left the house. Played cards and games and just enjoyed the home. Would definitely go back. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Very family friendly home with lots of games and puzzles.

Absolutely beautiful property in an excellent location. We were able to walk everywhere, including downtown and to local hikes/trails. Kitchen had everything you would need and more. Beautiful outdoor space.Host was extremely responsive when we had a few hiccups. (outdoor lights not working and a blind, not operable.). They had a technician over there immediately to fix the issues.Only recommendation would be to have a few more towels available so not limited to just one per person(especially with a house full of women it’s nice to have a towel for the hair and a towel for the body.)
