Welcome to Birmingham. This house is uniquely positioned in a secluded neighborhood of downtown Birmingham, so while you are near the hustle and bustle of downtown life, you are not living in it. The house is in a remote area where growth is taking place. The house offers a gaming shed with a grill so grill out rain or shine! This house is less than 3 miles from the airport, progressive stadium, the amphitheater, lakeview, and more. Come enjoy Birmingham and stay in an area where you can actually park without a $$$$$ valet or street meter.

The pictures do not match reality. Home was dirty and smelled of smoke. Home was also very small for 10 people. We did not stay, too many issues to list all of them. I asked for a full refund and we were offered a partial refund; still working on this... I believe the photos are enhanced with AI to make the home look freshly painted and clean. Stove/oven was greasy and black (picture shows a white oven), walls and floors dirty. Random stuff laying around, including trash, broken eye glasses and broken tv on the ground, boarded up window and poor lighting. We had to find another home to rent last minute. Beware of this listing.

The host was very responsive and offered several great places to eat at. We chose Jack Browns and it did not disappointed. Very little TV’s available in the house, One heater made noises all night, did see a roach crawling up from behind the toilet which is sometimes not in our control) the sheets and even the extra sheets smelled sour, and all the pillows were very soft. However, this place was very local and close by for what we needed and served its purpose for the evening.
