Modern residential complex consisting of two seven-story buildings with a secure gated area, located on the shores of a freshwater lake in the heart of Laguna Phuket.
Surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, the residence offers all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable lifestyle and relaxing getaway.
The apartment is situated on the third floor, away from the road, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment. The windows offer picturesque views of the lake, lush greenery, and a glimpse of the sea.
The apartment features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, and two balconies. The living area includes a dining table for four, a comfortable sofa, a TV, and access to the balcony.
Bedrooms:
• Master bedroom – equipped with a double bed, ample storage space, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
• Second bedroom – furnished with a bed, storage units, and a TV.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. Complete sets of tableware, knives, plates, and all necessary cooking utensils are provided.
Additional Amenities:
Washing machine, iron, ironing board, and a safe. Each room is fitted with ceiling fans and air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available.
Complex Facilities:
The residence offers parking for cars and motorbikes, a communal swimming pool, and 24/7 security.
