We enjoyed our stay over Coachella Weekend 1 at this property at PGA West. Clean, spacious and convenient to la Quinta and Polo grounds. Pool was lovely and kitchen was spotless! 10/10 property and stay.

We had an amazing vacation. The house was clean, spacious, beautiful views and as pictured! The pool was great and we enjoyed the hot tub on the cooler nights! The property manager was easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay here again. Great community!

The home is beautiful with amazing views of the mountains. We enjoyed watching the sun set every night from the swimming pool and hot tub. The house is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and is a wonderful place to take a morning walk. My whole family enjoyed the house and we would certainly go back to this specific house next time we are down there.

Wonderful House, Great Location

This is our second time renting this house and working with I Trips, I just have to say what a pleasure they are to work with. They keep you informed each step of the way, always available in a timely manner if needed. This large and beautiful house is located on the 4th fairway of the Nicklus Tournament course, the backyard space is fantastic and the views are STUNNING. The house is well stocked and clean, the Casita is great to have if you need a private office space to work. We come each year with two other couples and everyone has private space. You won't be disappointed.

We have rented several homes in the area for family getaways and this rental was our best experience. Everything was as advertised. Beautiful home, well maintained and would rent again.

Perfect home for a comfy family vacay!

Everyone had their own room and bathroom and my husband and I were so comfortable in the casita with our new baby! Well stocked kitchen, gorgeous outdoor living area, and comfy beds! 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful location and property!

Golf Golf Golf! and great restaurants nearby if you feel you want dine out. We mostly ate at the house as the kitchen was fabulous! All bedroom accomodations were everything we expected. Absolutely Beautiful Mnt Views! Private Pool, Cascading Spa & Wifi - PGA West Home on Nick Tournament Course was wonderful - We will return for sure.

Overall excellent rental. Great location, relaxing, nice views/sunsets, comfortable and clean bathrooms, large living space with great TV, wifi solid, well equipped kitchen, great covered patio with heater & awnings, great pool & spa (heating costly), nice outdoor BBQ, comfortable furniture throughout, master bedroom good views and spacious but mattress worn (sheets don't fit), casita nice with enclosed patio (thermostat did not work).

Great patio!

The best part of this house is the backyard and patio! There is a great seating area under a covered area just out the sliding glass doors. There is a retractable awning over the area to keep the seating area shaded during the afternoon and evening sun, plus an additional retractable awning over the dining table. Pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. Kitchen was well stocked- nice to have baggies, foil, salt and pepper, oil. House was very clean and comfortable.

Winged Foot on Nicholas Course La Quinta

This is a great place to stay and relax. The pool and being on the golf course overlooking the mountains was magical from morning to night. Furnishings in the home were well above standard and the courtyard in the mornings was a wonderful place to have coffee next to the fountain. Excellent home but a little ways from the main part of town. Not a big deal but allow an extra 15 minutes to major dining areas. I will highly recommend this home. No pets are allowed which we prefer. You will love it!

Nice house on golf course

This was our first VRBO experience and while the house was nice and as listed the overall experience with the management team could have been better. They overwhelmed us with procedures regarding who’s driving the car because the gate house will not let us pass. The guard never even checked my ID when we first arrived, just a name check. Also confusing was trying to clear an UBER driver to come to the house. Hopefully next time will be better.

Wonderful house in a Gorgeous location

This was our 6th year booking a house for our yearly trip to the AMEX PGA tournament and every year we've been lucky enough to rent an AMAZING house for us and two other couples, this was a great house in a great location, layed out for well for 3 couples. The Casita was spacious and VERY comfortable per the couple who stayed in it. Everything you could ask for is available in the house and the backyard space is GORGEOUS. My only complaint with this particular house was the fact it's the most expensive house we've rented and with the astronomical fees we paid on top of the nightly charge you would expect to not pay extra for heat. Yes I completely understand heating the pool in the winter is expensive but we get one every year and it's usually a 50 per day charge built into the final pricing, here you are charged by the Therm and then you get an allowance for heat back then pay another charge when you check out and they read the meter. We had NO idea how much they were going to charge after checkout. Don't mind paying for the pool and spa, it's the uncertainty that's a little painful.

As a property management company with over 10 years of experience, we have found that our pricing model is the fairest for our guests. Our rates are influenced not only by the current cost of gas, which is $2.60 per therm, but also by several other factors. For example, if it is particularly cold at night and our guests prefer the heat set at 89°F, the heater will work harder and consume more energy to maintain that temperature. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the weather or know our guests' preferred pool temperature. Therefore, we want guests to be aware that they are responsible for the cost of heating the pool, especially during the cooler months. To help save on costs, we recommend only heating the spa when you plan to use it, as this is significantly more economical. Thank you once again for your stay! Appreciate our guests! Fabulous home in La Quinta PGA

This was the most beautiful house we rented in La Quinta. Big rooms, lots of light, amazing pool and hot tub. The views are incredible ...and the "FUN" we had looking at every golfer tee off right from the hot tub.. with a drink on hand! Just the best! The house was very clean at our arrival, and the cleaning team came right at check out time. The house has everything you might need: Full kitchen, pool towels, pool toys, lots of extra bath towels. They also supply little shampoo, conditioner and soaps. Lots of extra cleaning supplies. The Casita is so cute! Great for a couple or two people that do not mind sharing a double bed. Is out of the way and very quiet. It has its own entrance, bathroom in suit and a big closet with a mini fridge. Fantastic!! The only thing I would say, is that the laundry machines are old so they are very loud. We just had to manage laundry during the day time, before everyone got in bed. If you are traveling with kids be aware that all the beds are doubles. We had a teen girl and a boy that didn't want to share a bed, so we end up with a blow up mattress (there is one in the house) in the tv area. Not big deal, but it is not ideal for a family with kids. Another thing that was outstanding, was the fast and direct communication with the property management group. They reply right away and helped us with every little question. Thank you, Rozet! Overall, this house was amazing! A Golf Paradice! We are looking forward to rent it again soon :)
