Newly renovated condo. One bedroom, one full bathroom. Laterra Condominiums and Spa has lobby swimming pool, 2 bicycles for your leisure. Also 2 golf clubs open to public within The World Golf Village. A 24/7 Security gate. Guests are texted pass for length of stay. A lockbox outside the lobby entrance has Unit 306 room key& fob. The access code is 7255. Also has fitness center, heated lap pool, a Lazy River pool, tennis & pickle ball courts. Close to the beaches, golf clubs, and historic downtown St. Augustine, oldest city in the USA. Complimentary coffee/tea, bottled water, snacks, Klondike ice cream bars, and more provided in condo. Many towels, washer & dryer, inflatable air mattress if needed, size Queen & Twin. AT&T Fiber wifi, 2 Vizio Smart TV's, and Direct TV service. Complimentary parking, luggage carts in pull up lobby. Beautifully maintained grounds, very quiet peaceful setting. Minimal traffic. Easy to navigate to on your GPS. 955 Registry Blvd., UNIT 306, St. Augustine, FL 32092.

Work/Fun Weekend

I was in town working a craft vendor event at the Clay County Fairgrounds. But, the place was perfect for relaxing evenings and a great location! Would definitely stay again! Plenty of room, and will definitely sleep 6 comfortably if needed!

The property itself was beautiful, even romantic with the Spanish style architecture. The owner of the property provided excellent communication and the the condo amenities made our stay peaceful and relaxing.

Lots of R & R

The location is perfect to access all areas in & around Jacksonville as well as St Augustine. We were all over the place with no problem. Publix across the highway. The unit was very clean, spacious & comfy bed. Hubs enjoyed a Klondike bar, thank you! Extremely quiet with nice blackout blinds for those needing rest. We will go back & highly recommend.
