Newly renovated condo. One bedroom, one full bathroom. Laterra Condominiums and Spa has lobby swimming pool, Also 2 golf clubs open to public within The World Golf Village. A 24/7 Security gate. Guests are texted pass for length of stay. A lockbox outside the lobby entrance has Unit 306 room key& fob. The access code will be texted the day of checkin. Also has fitness center, heated lap pool, a Lazy River pool, tennis & pickle ball courts. Close to the beaches, golf clubs, and historic downtown St. Augustine, oldest city in the USA. Complimentary coffee/tea, bottled water. Many towels, washer & dryer, inflatable air mattress if needed, size Queen & Twin. AT&T Fiber wifi, 2 smart TV’s, free parking, luggage carts in pull up lobby. Beautifully maintained grounds, very quiet peaceful setting. Minimal traffic. Easy to navigate to on your GPS. 955 Registry Blvd., UNIT 306, St. Augustine, FL 32092.

The property was just as advertised. Lean, great location, use of pool and a gym(bonus). Stephan was communicative the day of, after that we had no need as everything was laid out as expected. Highly recommend.
