Relax and recharge in this pet-friendly, two-story Bayside Resort townhome, just a short walk to the Commons area pool! The two level, 3 bedroom townhome features a main-level suite, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, central A/C, washer/dryer, WiFi, board games, and Netflix-ready TVs. Must be 25+ to book. If you are checking out a concert at Freeman Arts Pavilion, You are in walking distance.
Pet-Friendly, Family Ready, Easy Beach Access. Located just minutes from the Delaware coast, this home offers the perfect mix of peaceful resort living and beach-town fun.
Enjoy world-class Bayside resort amenities:
- Heated indoor pool & hot tub
- 2 outdoor pools & children’s splash zone
- Fitness center, sauna, & aerobics room
- Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course
- Tennis, basketball & volleyball courts
- Nature trails, stocked ponds & community pier

Resort amenities is available for an optional fee of $65 per person (ages 4 and older) for a 3-day pass; $115 per person for a 7 day pass. These rates may slightly change for the upcoming 2026 season. This fee must be paid at least two weeks prior to arrival to ensure your passes are prepared and ready for pick-up when you arrive. We will coordinate this with you post-booking.
