Gather Around the Table
The open dining and kitchen area is the heart of the home. An extra-large, ornate wood table invites family-style meals, while the well-equipped kitchen—with ample counter space—encourages culinary collaboration. Enjoy fresh coffee from the grinder or open a bottle of wine with our charming corkscrew station.

Arizona Sun Room
Just off the dining area, the sunroom offers stunning views of Mingus Mountain. Play cards or board games at the game table, tackle a 500-piece puzzle, or unwind with a show on the wall-mounted TV. It’s a perfect spot to relax and recharge.

Restful Retreats
The master suite features a king-size bed, French doors to the backyard patio, and a soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. Two additional queen bedrooms offer cozy mattresses, peaceful décor, and quiet corners for reading or reflection.

Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please honor the peace of the neighborhood and surrounding neighbors.

Things to Know
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
