Cute little cottage conveniently located. Property was hard to get in and out of due to being on a busy main road though. Beautiful view of the backyard from the nice two level deck. Lots of wildlife to enjoy! Would stay again:)

Host was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would caution is that many of the furniture pieces seem to be very old and on their last leg - buyer beware with that. Outside of that the house was decently clean and fit the needs we had for our week away in Franklin. Property was much larger than we expected too, but driveway was hard to get in/out between construction on the main road and there not being a good transition from road to driveway.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! It was a pleasure hosting you, and I'm so glad you found the home spacious, clean, and a good fit for your stay in Franklin. I also appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback regarding the furniture. We continually update and maintain the home, and guest input like yours helps us prioritize future improvements. Regarding the driveway, I understand how the nearby road construction could make entering and exiting a bit more challenging than usual. Fortunately, that's temporary, and we're looking forward to the completion of the roadwork. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best. We'd love the opportunity to host you again on a future visit to Franklin!

The residence was tidy. We felt the a.c. was good. likely would not stay again as the mattresses were quite uncomfortable including the pillows which we felt were old and not updated. The access pulling into the home driveway was difficult as we were not notified the driveway was almost dangerous to enter because of road construction. The shower was old and not in good condition. A very small range of mobility just to move inside. The door was unable to close. Not recommending.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear you found the residence tidy and that the A/C was comfortable during your stay. I’m sorry the mattresses and pillows did not meet your personal preferences. We have not had previous guests mention concerns with them, but I appreciate you sharing your experience and will certainly keep it in mind. Regarding the driveway, there is currently road construction in the area, which is noted in the property description. I understand that the construction may have made access a little more challenging during your stay, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience this caused. We appreciate all guest feedback and always want our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you again for staying with us.

Good communication, kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds and clean. House is on a busy road with major construction going on, so it is a bit noisy.

Thank you Michelle for staying at our guest cottage and I'm glad your stay was comfortable. Yes there is some road construction on road as Franklin is growing so fast, there is quite a bit around our town as well. I hope in future you all come back and stay and don't let our growing pains keep you away. Blessings. Kellie

First and foremost, the host is a great communicator. I made multiple changes to the reservation, lost a key and must have texted her a dozen times and she didn't even blink. Truly appreciated. The space was perfect for my 2 week stay, 2 bed, bath! Out of the owners control, it is on a very busy street that is having MAJOR construction-a sign that says "basting zone . Lots of road noise. While it is an older home, it does have everything you need.

Location was perfect for being close to Franklin, Downtown Nashville and the airport! Lots to do and see in the surrounding area!Easy check in and out, would come back and stay for location alone. The construction across the street may become an issue for quietness in the future, but we were out and about early each day so didnt bother us too much. Kellie always answered any questions or concerns promtly.

I was in Tennessee and at this property for 9 nights to have surgery and to do part of my recovery. The house was roomy and accommodations were comfortable. The construction and road noise were a little much for me since I was there to rest and relax after having surgery. Getting in and out of the driveway was a little tricky at times due to the traffic but we managed. If it weren’t for the construction happening right across the road at the time we were there, I feel it would have been much quieter and maybe not so tough getting in and out. We tried washing towels in the middle of our stay and had an issue with the washer but the host quickly provided a solution and we had clean towels the same day. Overall it was a good place in a good location and was well stocked. On arriving, we did notice a pretty bad musty smell but there had been a lot of rain recently and they had dehumidifiers going to try and help with the smell/wetness. The host was very diligent with communications and very quick to resolve the issue with the washer.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We were glad to host you during such an important time and hope your surgery and recovery went well. We appreciate your kind words about the home's spaciousness, comfort, location, and our communication throughout your stay. We're also happy that we were able to quickly resolve the washer issue and ensure you had clean towels the same day. We understand that the nearby road construction can sometimes be an inconvenience, especially given your need for rest and recovery. While the construction is outside of our control, we appreciate your understanding as our city continues to grow and road improvements are taking place throughout Franklin. I am sorry to hear you noticed a musty smell upon arrival. As you mentioned, we have dehumidifiers running due to the unusually rainy weather, and we also provide air purifier to help improve indoor air quality and comfort during our guests stay. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your experience. We wish you continued healing and all the best in your recovery.
