Welcome to your peaceful mountain escape! Nestled just 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, this charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath home is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring all that Western North Carolina has to offer. Whether you're here for the scenic drives, hiking trails, gem mining, or just a relaxing getaway, you’ll feel right at home.

Inside, you’ll find a warm and welcoming space with everything you need. The living area is thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind, including a smart TV and cozy seating. The well-equipped kitchen offers the essentials for preparing meals at home. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and the full bathroom is clean and conveniently located.

Step outside and enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the porch while listening to the sounds of nature. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access and a gently laying yard — ideal for guests looking for tranquility without being far from shops, restaurants, breweries, and local attractions. Guest house is located on property with our main house.

This was by far the best place I've stayed in the 41 years of visiting Franklin! The hosts were wonderful! The cabin was perfect for the two of us! Definitely going back next year!

Very clean, just as described. House is cozy, perfect for solo travelers/ couples. Hosts were great- responsive and welcoming! Easy check in/ out. Location was great for gem mining!

Originally from SW Florida, Tom and I moved here 25 years ago. We are both Realtors licensed in NC and GA. We enjoy this area for all of the outdoor activities it offers. We love to hike and kayak. We also enjoy spending time with our kids and 3 grandchildren. We LOVE to travel and explore new places. It's part of what drew us to hosting. We love staying in vacation rentals, so when the opportunity came up we purchased the tiny home and added it to our property! We love the idea of giving people what we experience when we travel. Adding the things we love about our hosts and trying to avoid those things we didn't like in our adventures. We hope it leads to a great experience for our guests!

The minute we stepped onto our property, we fell in love. The views of the mountains all around sealed it for us.

We sit up on top of a knoll with year-round mountain views, made even more spectacular when the leaves are off the trees! In the winter we can see the Little Tennesse wind through the valley.
