This spacious 8-bedroom, 5-bath beach retreat combines both sides of our twin tri-level condo building, offering the perfect setup for larger families or groups. Located just five houses from the 43rd Street surf and sand, the home offers ocean views from each of the front balconies and a true sense of space and privacy across three light-filled levels in each unit. Guests will enjoy comfortable furnishings and the feel of having their own indoor and outdoor gathering spaces—perfect for coming together or spreading out as needed.
Each unit features a centrally located stairway connecting all three levels. Upon entering either front door, guests can choose to head upstairs to the second (main) level and then continue to the third floor—or take a few steps down to the lower level, which sits partially below street level. Here’s what you’ll find throughout the combined property:

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
