28th Street renovated beach house with AC and ocean view - beach gear provided.

This beautiful newly renovated duplex is only 5 houses from the sand and a quick walk to the pier! This property is on 28th street which is close to all of the restaurants, the pier, grocery store and more.

These are two separate units, each has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms). There are no internal doors connecting the two units. Each unit is a complete house with kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms.

There is a big patio downstairs and a balcony with views of the ocean upstairs.

Each unit has brand new Air Conditioning which is so important to have in Newport in summer. We provide beach gear including; boogie boards, surf boards, wet suits, beach towels, sand toys, wagons, coolers, pop up tents and umbrellas, basically everything you need for the beach and it's all in good condition.

Upstairs Unit:
This unit has higher ceilings and is really nice and bright. It is a little larger than the downstairs unit in all rooms including the living room. The bunk bed room has a twin over twin and also a queen bed. The master bedroom is also nice and roomy and has an ensuite like the downstairs unit. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have TV's.

Downstairs Unit:
The master bedroom comfortable and roomy. It has an ensuite with shower, toilet and double sink. The queen bedroom has nice mirrored closets and extra places to hang your stuff. The bunk room has a queen bed and a twin bed tucked in a little alcove. There are mirrored closets in two of the rooms, and TV's in all rooms.

This is such an amazing location on 28th Street, 5 houses from the sand and walking distance to everything including the Newport Pier, shops and restaurants. Park your cars in the garage for the duration of your stay and walk everywhere, down the boardwalk to shop, people watch or eat, to Lido Island for some shopping or coffee. During summer take the free Trolley to the Balboa Pier and visit the Fun Zone, then hop on the Ferry and head over to Balboa Island for a frozen banana and some fun boutique shopping.

If you haven't visited Newport Beach and the Peninsula before it is a lot of fun. It's very laid back here. Just bring your bathing suit and some flip flops. You can rent bikes, paddle boards, Duffy boats, take sunset cruises, whale watch and so much more. Disneyland is only 20 minutes away, Legoland is 1 hour away, and Los Angeles is 1 hour away. Balboa Island, Lido Island should not be missed during your stay. There are also so many amazing beaches nearby it's worth a quick car ride to see Laguna Beach, Monarch Beach, Corona Del Mar, Huntington Beach and more!

It is recommended to purchase traveller's insurance - no refunds outside of cancellation policy including Covid.

Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids).

A must stay location…

This is a newly renovated property that is in one of the best vacation locations that you would ever want. It has all of the amenities for you and your guests and you are 30 seconds away from the beautiful Newport Beach and Boardwalk. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Perfect Home & Location in Newport Beach

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Within close walking distance to many great restaurants, shops and the Pier. House was just as pictured AND clean, and well equipped. Lisa was very quick to response to our inquiries and requests. Would highly recommend!

Great place, great host, don't hesitate to book.

The condos are as described and photographed. The communication was great. The location is very close (1/2 block) to a great beach and very close to beachfront dining. We will be back.

Great location. Didn't realize checkout was 10am; that's bit early when check in is a hard 4pm. Other than that and pages and pages of instructions including cleaning instructions when charging $550 for cleaning it was a great place to stay close to the beach and walking places

Beautiful California Coast

Family Vacation

This home is beautiful and clean. The host Lisa has so many amenities. You could fly in, with just the clothes on your back, and have everything you need! We will definitely be coming back:-). Thanks for a wonderful place for our family to bond!

Great Location!

Annual March Madness trip. Both places were very clean and the location to the beach cannot be beat! A few of us used the surfboards and wetsuits (water was cold and the wetsuits helped!) The view from the upstairs balcony was awesome. Everyone had a bed which was a plus. Short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful spot in Newport

Lisa was a wonderful host! The house had everything we could’ve wanted and more. The beds were comfortable. It was very spacious and felt like we could spread out on not feel cramped. It was a super quick walk to the beach and to restaurants. I can be at location. The home is beautiful and has been taken care of. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Great property excellent location

We absolutely loved this property. It’s perfect location for beach activities! Park and walk everywhere! The house was clean, plenty of beach toys, beach chairs, and towels. Our only struggles was we chose to leave a day early due to hurricane/tropical storm Hilary. Hopefully we can book again this spring! Thank you Lisa. You were very communicative and kind!

Gorgeous Property!

Our group of nine thoroughly enjoyed our Newport Beach stay! The property was big enough for all to have their own privacy, as well including gathering spaces for group fun. It was clean and the location was amazing! Just a one minute walk to the beach and beauty of the ocean. We were amazed at the liveliness of the days, and the quiet of the evenings, even in a very densely populated area. Restaurants, bars, and shopping were all within walking distance, and parking was not a challenge. Owner was quick to respond to any issues. We hope to be back one day!

Family Fun

This was a perfect home for our family of 11, after our long delayed trip due to Covid. Having a duplex with the upstairs and downstairs provided the space and privacy everyone needed. The location is great, everything you need for the beach is at the house and there are lots of activities within walking distance. Of course, Disney was only a 20 minute drive. Lisa, the host is very responsive. We would definitely will stay here again!! Thank you.

Great beach house

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house. Right from the onset, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The house was generously stocked with all the beach essentials - plenty of towels, chairs, and even assortment of beach toys for the kids. The beach was conveniently located within a 4 to 5-minute walk, and having food options and coffee shops right across the street was a huge plus. Lisa, as a host, was outstanding. She was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. We had a wonderful experience, and we are eagerly looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay so much, we had both sides of the duplex and it was perfect for a group of ten of us. The kitchen and living room are perfect for gathering together. Great location to walk to everything Newport has to offer!

Best Christmas ever!!!

Our 3 children and their families joined us for a memorable Christmas at this beautiful Newport Beach house by the ocean. Two floors, six bedrooms, 4 baths with two full kitchens and plenty of space to be together. Complete with everything needed to swim , surf , play in the sand or just lounge on the beach

This Place Was Great!

We just recently finished our trip to Newport and loved staying at this property. Lisa was an excellent host who was great at communicating with us. The location is also terrific and they did a great job renovating the property. Would stay here again for sure!

Getaway

Great location. Mins away from the beach and eateries. There was an oil spill during our stay and Lisa was in constant contact with us providing updates and suggestions on where to go. It was a nice weekend getaway for our group of friends.

Perfect house

This rental was beyond our expectations. They had anything and everything you could think of for a day at the beach, cooking, cleaning and making your stay comfortable! Host, Lisa was so sweet and very attentive to answering messages quickly before, during and after our stay! We had 13 adults and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. Walking distance to anything you need (shops, grocery store, beach and restaurants) and we were all able to find parking right on the street. Definitely recommend booking this house!

A little about us....we are owners/property managers and work really hard to provide a top notch experience for our guests. We have impeccably clean units which are inspected by us after each cleaning. We often spend hours organizing, cleaning out drawers and replacing equipment to make sure that each guest has the best experience possible. We own and manage 2 other duplexes and have been doing this since 2014. It's pretty great to be meeting people when they are at their best, relaxed and happy to be on vacation. It's always fun to see people's faces when they arrive to the house for the first time and are so happy that the house looks like the pictures or even better we are often told. We have many return visitors which means the world to us. After every wonderful review we get a renewed energy to keep working hard and are reminded that we are helping families make great vacations memories.

The location can't be beat. You can walk to everything! It's also nice that we are close to the pier and shopping, restaurants but not right on the pier where you can get too much noise and traffic. This is about as close as you can get without all of the chaos around the pier. It's pretty terrific!

この宿泊施設の特徴

A unique benefit of all of our properties is that we have A/C. Please don't be fooled by others that you don't need it in Newport. You do need it in Newport especially with these older houses that were not built for weather and don't have much insulation unless added by owners which most do not (we do).

Another great benefit is that we provide you with all of the beach equipment including boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc... It's such a pain to pack this stuff or rent it, not to mention expensive. We provide it all at no cost and we take good care of the equipment and purchase new when needed.

We also stock a great kitchen so you can cook for yourselves easily and save some money from going to restaurants. And we stock all of the linens you'll need including extra blankets and pillows.
