Welcome to Nest By The Bay! Nestled in Egg Harbor, only 2 minutes from the beach and downtown Egg Harbor. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is perfect for relaxation and enjoying all that beautiful Door County has to offer. This home was constructed in 2025.

Nest By The Bay is at the base of the Egg Harbor hill, right off of highway 42 making it the perfect location as you are a couple minutes from downtown Egg Harbor and down the road from the beach.

With four bedrooms, it can comfortably sleep eight individuals. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, basement, large outdoor space including front patio and back porch with LP gas grill, and parking for up to five cars.

This is a two story home with a finished basement. The main floor has a 1/2 bath, kitchen, living room, laundry closet, master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom, and access to the 1 car attached garage. The top floor has two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. One of the upstairs rooms has a writing desk, perfect for a work from home set up.

Our large deck is perfect to sip your morning coffee on or relax while you enjoy the wooded backdrop and creek. Your relaxing Door County getaway starts here and we can’t wait to host you!

The location of this home is ideal as it is nestled in the heart of Door County and you are blocks from shops, restaurants, bars, and markets. Egg Harbor is home to an annual 4th of July parade and fireworks, and Pumpkin Patch Festival which takes place in October.

We enjoyed this new build and its proximity to downtown Egg Harbor. Shops and restaurants were a little over a five minute walk, and there were sidewalks the whole way. Check-in was easy and convenient. The bedrooms were spacious and our whole family fit comfortably. It was a bonus to have a garage to keep our car in, especially when some strong storms hit.

Nice big kitchen with everything you need for a few days or a month! Very clean and a good layout for families. Stairs are a bit on the steep side if you have very small children or people with mobility issues, but there is a very comfortable master br on the main level. This house is right on 42 which is very convenient, but you will hear some noise from the traffic. Overall a nice spacious house in a great location!

Pros - Very nice brand new property. It was close to the beach and downtown Egg Harbor. It was very clean and nicely furnished with a great deck.Disappointments - The home was closer to the main road than expected. It was difficult to keep the temp the same on all three levels. It could use a few supplies that we would expect to be there - facial tissue and soap or body wash.
