Hickory Lodge is the perfect home base for your Breckenridge adventures.

Living Room: Begin your stay by entering through the heated garage into the mudroom. Here you'll find a full-size washer and dryer, a utility sink, and a boot & glove dryer to keep your gear warm and ready. As you continue inside, the home opens into the main living room with soaring ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. A plush sectional and two comfortable lounge chairs are surrounding a large flat-screen TV with cable, with a cozy gas fireplace nestled in the corner beneath a beautiful stone mantel, offering the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the trails or slopes.

Dining Rooms: Just beyond the living area is the perfect spot for family game nights with four armchairs circling a small table ideal for cards, beverages, or quiet moments. The game area flows into the first of two dining areas, where a wooden table sits beneath a striking chandelier and seats 6 guests comfortably. For larger dinner parties or family feasts, a second dining area awaits just beyond the kitchen, where a stunning glass table seats 8 in front of a glowing gas fireplace.

Kitchen: Just behind it, the breakfast bar with 4 stools opens into a chef's dream kitchen. Outfitted with premium Wolf and Viking stainless steel appliances, the kitchen also boasts a spacious island that houses the gas stovetop, perfect for cooking, gathering, and enjoying casual conversation over coffee or cocktails. A traditional drip coffee maker can be found in the kitchen.

The first of the four bedrooms is located on the main level, tucked just off the foyer near the front door, while the primary suite and two additional guest bedrooms are found upstairs on the second floor.

• Fourth Bedroom (Top Floor): Queen size bed & Twin bunk bed, dresser, walk-in closet, Roku TV, private balcony, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and shower tub combo.

Proximity: This home offers close proximity (0.2mi) to the nearest MyFreeRide bus stop located on Ski Hill Road. This bus provides access to Peaks 7 & 8 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort and down to the Main Street Bus Station. The bus will stop at Peak 7 before heading over to Peak 8, then back down the hill into town. There's also a sidewalk along Ski Hill Road that provides a convenient walking route into town, which is approximately 1.1 miles from the home

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
