-When we arrived we walked up the 3 flights of stairs to the front door, put the code in, it didnt work. I contacted the owner, he told me to use the rear door,luckily it worked. After coming home from dinner, we were not able to get in using the rear door keypad, after calling the owner he told me that the lock causes problems. I tried the front door again since the back wasnt an option, and got in after trying 3x.*We tried putting on the tv for the the kids, which only worked with internet. We contacted the owner and he sent someone over while we were out to look at it. Someone did come and connected it, then as soon as we started a movie it disconnected 2 minutes laterin and didnt work again all weekend. *There was only a half of a toilet paper roll left in the whole 2 bathroom unit, with no extras left. We had 7 kids and 3 adults needing the toilet after a 6 hour ride from Boston. It was definitely not an ideal situation, when i contacted the owner he said Sorry the cleaning ladies were suppose to leave some.*We were very on top of the kids and kept the place as clean as possible. After taking the trash out the first night and straightening up, we realized there were no extra
