Newly remodeled and planned with families like ours in mind to enjoy. 3 bedroom 1.5 bath ranch with generous sized common and multiple outdoor spaces. Features a covered patio and front porch located just minutes walk to Gill Rock for water views. 5 mins to Ellison Bay and less than 15 mins to Sister Bay. New bedding & mattresses, high speed wifi, Roku TVs, ample space, etc.

All bedrooms are located to the rear of the cottage and are equipped with black out shades to enjoy rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences everything from coffee grinder/maker to air fryer for quick snacks when preferring not to use the oven. The kitchen will comfortably seat your group for indoor dining, kids playing with toys available, or inside game night. The outdoor covered patio is tucked off to the side of the LR and covered where your group can stay comfortable out of sun or elements for breakfast or lunch or enjoy a cool evening after a BBQ under the ambience of outdoor lights. For those with children, the bunk room with an adjoining 1/2 bathroom is located furthest away from outdoor and common spaces to alleviate concerns of sleep distractions.

The cottage is nestled against serene woodlands and its not uncommon to catch a glimpse of deer or other wildlife out back or grabbing a snack from their favorite apple trees in the front. The front of the house and front porch will enjoy morning warmth and sunlight while sipping your morning coffee or tea from the front porch.

While the cottage isn’t equipped with air conditioning, its location, like much of Northern Door, benefits from cool lake breezes and refreshing nighttime temperatures. Each bedroom features a remote-controlled ceiling fan for added comfort, and the surrounding trees provide generous shade later in the day.

Is the wifi sufficient if needing to work or otherwise require bandwidth? Yes! This is high speed service tested at over 100 Mbps.
