We fell in love with the peaceful charm of Rotonda West and designed this space as a retreat for rest, fun, and connection. When we visit, we want it to feel like home—and we hope it feels that way for you, too. Everything is stocked with just the right touches for comfort and ease.

We were drawn to Rotonda West for its peaceful setting, beautiful golf courses, and easy access to some of Florida’s best beaches. It’s a quiet, friendly community that feels tucked away—yet everything you need is close by, from local restaurants and nature trails to boating and shopping.
What we love most is the feeling of calm the moment you arrive. Whether you're sipping coffee on the lanai, watching golfers from the backyard, or heading out to explore nearby Englewood or Boca Grande, there's a sense of space and simplicity here that's hard to find elsewhere.
The neighborhood is perfect for morning walks, sunset bike rides, and just slowing down. It offers the best of both worlds: natural beauty and convenience—plus a whole lot of sunshine.
