The interior welcomes you with a bright, open-concept design, featuring modern furnishings, a Smart TV, and refreshing full air conditioning throughout. The gourmet kitchen is ready for your needs, boasting a microwave and a large island with seating for four, ideal for casual dining and socializing.
Step out onto your private porch to soak in the sea views. The building is located right on the beach, placing the shared pool, hot tub, and community pier/dock just steps away. Access to your unit is made effortless via the building lift/elevator (note: 6 steps are required to access the lift).
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6): Three tranquil bedrooms and two full bathrooms await you:
• Master Bedroom: King Bed and a luxurious private ensuite with a walk through shower.
