This is a privately owned condo and not a hotel room. We kindly ask you to treat it as you would your own home. If any issues arise, we will do our best to address them promptly; however, please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7.

The pools and hot tubs are currently not available until further notice.

Beautiful view. Very run down building, dirty pool, no hot tub working on sight, no towels available for pool, would never bring my kids here. A/c was not working well, & could hear whole TV show through wall. No innertubes for lazy river. Ocean & beach perfect walking distance and clean.

I highly recommend not staying at this room, this was our first family vacation that was absolutely horrible on day 1. As soon as we got in the room and used the bathroom without putting anything in the toilet water started overflowing into the floor, under the bathroom wall and into the bedroom/living area. After this happened we kindly requested another room which we were not provided, instead we had to wait in the parking lot for over an hour until someone came to fix/“clean” the area. They offered us 2 other places to stay that did not have the same amenities, which we declined and asked for a refund which was not given. The pictures do not match what you see in person and it had dirt and dust in all the corners and base boards. The hot tubs are also broken and the outdoor area smells like weed from all the smokers. This is not a family friendly environment. This was our first and last vacation with Big Fish Rentals.
