Guests will have private access to the studio, including use of the driveway for parking. You’re welcome to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio surrounded by beautiful flowers, set back from the road in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.



For privacy and security, there is no access to the main house. The studio is completely separate, allowing you to enjoy your stay comfortably and independently.

• This is a private studio located on the property with a separate entrance. There is no access to the main house.

• The space is best suited for 1–2 guests, with a twin air mattress available upon request for a third guest.

• Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood—perfect for rest and relaxation.

• While close to nightlife and dining, quiet hours are respected.

• Pet-friendly with a $50 one-time pet fee. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet.

• The studio is spotlessly cleaned and sanitized between every stay.

• Parking is provided in the driveway only.

• No parties, events, or large gatherings.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the studio.

• This is a cozy efficiency-style space, not a full-size apartment—perfect for travelers who love simplicity and convenience.
