Hi, my name is Melina — I’m the host and I’m always available for your questions! I work full time for Spectrum and also attend school, so I stay pretty busy! I work a lot and late into the evening. It’s a cozy home in a lovely community. (“To enjoy the property privately, please book both rooms for your trip dates. Otherwise, it may be a shared experience with other guests.”)

I chose this property because I truly fell in love with it the first time I saw it. I love the community, the beautiful view, the pool, and the nature trail—everything at the clubhouse really stands out. Living in the Rivercrest community also comes with great perks like access to the parks, weekly trash pickup, neighborhood security, and a friendly, easygoing atmosphere. The neighbors are kind, and it just feels like home.

Definitely has to be the amenities, for me it’s the pool and the hot tub!
