Wonderful Stay — Perfect Location & Beautifully Renovated!We had an excellent experience staying at this newly renovated 3-bedroom home ( I was told that we had the honor of being the first guests). The house was immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully updated with stylish touches throughout. Everything felt fresh, clean, and comfortable; exactly what you hope for when booking a place to stay.The location could not be better. Being just minutes from USF since my daughter came to join the USF symphony band for a concert. This made it incredibly convenient for both activities and appointments. It was the perfect balance of quiet neighborhood comfort with quick access to everywhere we needed to go.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. A fantastic find and definitely deserving of five stars!Thank you again for the cookies :)

Very Clean and WelcomingThe whole experience – including the home itself, owner communication and availability, ease of check-in/check-out, and getting into and out of the neighborhood – was excellent. This trip was just my wife and myself, as we were in town for several family related appointments. This home was just what we needed: a peaceful place to begin and end each day, knowing we could depend on a highly functional home and very responsive hosts for any questions.This home is truly just as advertised. It is newly renovated throughout, including both bathrooms which are spacious and function very well. The kitchen is spacious as well, with a very handy coffee bar with its own sink. Seating includes four chairs at the counterheight bar between the open kitchen and living room. The large TV in the living room is a Samsung Smart TV (as of January 2026) with easy access to built-in options and any app(s) of your choosing. The outdoor patio off of the kitchen also has comfortable seating when the weather cooperates (which thankfully it did during our stay)!The Temple Terrace area is perfect for our visits, and when we are back in town we hope we can stay here again. We have stayed in several places over the years, and this is our top choice to stay again.

This house was beautiful, clean, well equipped and kid friendly. Easy check in access, the host was great in communicating and responding promptly. Felt like we were at home, highly recommend. Would definetely stay here again.
