This is a strictly NON-SMOKING home.

This home is thoughtfully equipped with premium amenities, including:



-Private elevator



-Washer & dryer on both the main and top floors



-Two full-size refrigerators



-Two dishwashers



-Wet bar with ice make



Elevator Maximum Capacity:

The elevator is designed for a maximum of 2 people at a time.

Exceeding this limit may cause mechanical issues and create safety hazards.



Children’s Safety:

Children may use the elevator only when accompanied by an adult.

Please do not allow children to operate or ride the elevator unattended.



Guest Responsibility:

Any damage resulting from misuse, overloading, or improper operation will be billed to the responsible guest.

Please use with care.



Emergency Instructions:

In the event of an emergency, follow the posted instructions inside the elevator.

Do not attempt to force doors open or exit the elevator without assistance.



Proper Use:

Please operate the elevator respectfully.

Tampering, modifying equipment, or forcing doors may result in costly repairs, which will be billed to the guest.



Age Requirement & Verification

The primary guest must be 25 years or older, unless otherwise approved by Bella Beach Properties.

To protect against fraud, a driver’s license and selfie verification are required.



A Guest Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
