Welcome to Muuyal 304, managed by Nasplaya. This spacious and comfortable private 3-bedroom condominium in the Quadra Alea complex offers you a unique stay for your vacation in the Riviera Maya.
The main bedroom has a king bed, private balcony, and a private bathroom with two sinks, shower, a bathtub and a spacious closet. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with balcony, closet and bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds, bathroom, closet and a balcony.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, refrigerator, electric stove, and everything necessary to cook comfortably and a dining room for 6 people. The living room has a flat screen TV and comfortable armchairs and access to a private balcony. Additionally, it has a laundry area equipped with a washing machine next to the kitchen. It also has a high-speed internet network throughout the condominium.
The Quadra Alea complex has 2 private pools, its own gym, a parking space and elevator to improve its comfort.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
Early Entry / Late Exit:
- In case of requiring early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.
