We are a family of 5 this weekend. The condo is extremely spacious and walking distance to the beach. The storage closet has everything you need to enjoy the beach including cooler, umbrella, chairs, noodles, masks and snorkels, and fishing rods. Will definitely book again.

Great Location!

Great apartment for a family beach stay! The location is perfect if you want to be somewhere a bit quieter. Host was great at communicating. Would definitely recommend this place and consider staying in the future again.

One of the best places ive stayed

The place was immaculate, the host was great, she helped me out with the couple of check in hiccups that were my fault lol. Amazing place to stay to get away and just spen a dew days relaxing at the pool or beach. I wish i could leave more stars. Highly recommend. And the sea turtles were nesting when we were there.

Condo

Condo is in a great location with a short walking distance to the beach. The rug in the living area was very dirty. Shoes had to be worn while inside or the bottom of our feet would be black. There were no trash bags in the trash cans or paper towels. ( nothing noted in the description that these weren’t provided)Bathroom towels and wash rags smelled so we had to wash them before use. Beach accessories were provided but the beach umbrella was broken so we were not able to use.

Location is wonderful

We loved the location of this property. Being so close to the beach was perfect! The beach chairs, football and volleyball and wagon were so nice for our days at the beach. The property manager was easy to communicate with and was prompt with all communications. The floors didn’t look dirty, but our socks showed a lot of dirt on them each day from walking on the floors. The rug in the living room needs a good cleaning. That said, we would stay here again!

Affordable Marco Island Gem

This condo is close to the public beach access and tons of restaurants. The condo is clean and beds are comfortable. This is our second time staying here . Thank you!!!

Fun in the sun

We brought our 10 year old granddaughter to Marco for a special trip. The condo was perfect for us. We had plenty of space, everything we needed for meal preparation, and we were so close to the beach. The pool was fabulous, too. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice condo needs cleaning

The property is just as shared in the pictures. The condo itself was perfect except for cleanliness! When we arrived the refrigerator was very dirty inside . I had to clean it before I used it. The floors were very dirty throughout our feet were so dirty from walking in the place. I tried to wash them but there were not many supplies to do so. The other issue was the blinds they fall off as you try to open them. You can see they have been taped and fixed by others. We would stay again, but if you pay for cleaning it should be clean. We would stay again but cleaning certainly needs to be addressed!

Very Nice Unit and Close to Beach

Unit was clean and had everything needed. Very close to beach access and owner provided beach chairs, fishing poles and umbrella (broken) but appreciated none the less. Two bedrooms with plenty of space and great outdoor patio for morning coffee. Check in was a bit cumbersome with too many keys and the front door key does not work well. Otherwise, would highly recommend and stay again.

Perfect location, very nice unit

We have stayed in different units at The Essex and this one did not disappoint. While we did not have any issues, the owner is responsive to questions. Accommodations are just as the pictures show. Clean. Convenient access to the beach and restaurants. Owner has thought of everything you may need for your stay. Overall, pleased and definitely plan a return visit.

The AC in the first bedroom doesn’t work very well and the master bathroom shower have the water a little cool, but anyway we enjoyed very much our stay.
