Located just a 7-minute walk from Keisei Koiwa Station, our villa offers excellent access to central Tokyo and is perfect for groups, families, and friends traveling together. The entire house is rented out exclusively to one party, accommodating up to 12 guests. Free parking is available, and we also offer complimentary luggage storage.

Inside, you’ll find a brand-new modern design featuring a spacious living room, comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, and toilet facilities—everything you need for a convenient and relaxing stay. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable home-away-from-home experience during your trip to Tokyo.

It’s also about a 13-minute walk to JR Sobu Line “Koiwa Station,” which provides direct connections to Shinjuku, Ochanomizu, Chiba, and more.
From JR Koiwa Station, there are direct buses to Tokyo Disneyland, Haneda Airport, and Narita Airport—ideal for both leisure and business travelers.

It is furnished with 4 double beds, 2 single floor mattresses, and a convertible sofa bed in the second-floor living room. Flexible sleeping arrangements make it ideal for families, groups, or friends traveling together.

We strictly follow a “one guest, one change” cleaning policy. All towels, bath towels, bedsheets, and duvet covers are freshly replaced for each new guest. The entire house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every check-in, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.

All mattresses have been carefully selected from top Japanese furniture stores, with an average price exceeding ¥100,000. The single mattresses are 15cm thick—more comfortable than typical Japanese tatami mattresses—offering you a restful, high-quality sleep experience.
