The Space
This modern studio, set in the sought-after BeachWalk condo-hotel, offers a perfect blend of comfort and style with spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, this studio is conveniently situated across from Walmart, a pharmacy, and various restaurants for easy access to homegoods and dining options.

The studio is designed for both relaxation and functionality, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, and a minibar fridge. For added convenience, the studio includes essential items such as soaps, towels, and linens.

BeachWalk provides a range of amenities to enhance your stay, including a large pool with sun loungers, a Technogym-equipped fitness center, vending machines, and ice machines. The highlight of the studio is the spacious balcony, offering stunning views of the surrounding area.

Located just 2 minutes from Hallandale Beach Oceanfront, you’ll also be near attractions like Three Islands Park (5 min) and Gulfstream Park Racing (8 min), as well as a variety of dining options from around the world.

Simply scan the QR code on the bike rack to download the app, follow the instructions to rent, and return the bike to the same location. Helmets are recommended for adults, and riders under 16 are required by law to wear one.

•Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional cost. Please inquire in advance.
•A Pack and Play is available upon request (does not include sheets, blankets, or pillow).
•Our unit includes a final cleaning fee after check-out, but daily cleaning is not provided.

HOUSE RULES:
•No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas. Fines up to $200 apply for violations.
•Maximum Number of Guests: The number of guests per unit is specified in your reservation. Exceeding this limit is prohibited.
•Noise Restrictions: Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
•No Events or Parties: Events and parties are not allowed inside the unit or common areas. Violations may incur fines up to $175.
•Toilet Use: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (no feminine hygiene products, wipes, etc.) to avoid clogging pipes. Fines up to $150 may apply for violations.
•Unauthorized Late Check-Out: A $75 fee applies for unauthorized late check-outs, and a full-night charge will apply if you leave more than 2 hours past check-out time without prior authorization.
•Smoke Detectors
•Pool Towels: Pool towels are provided. Please return them to the designated area after use
•Household items are for in-unit use only. Please do not take furniture or dishes outside the unit.
•Furniture & Bedding: Damages or stains on furniture or bedding will incur a fine, depending on the severity.
