The open layout keeps things easy and uncluttered. A king size bed sits at the center of the room, dressed in quality linens and sized for two people who actually want to stretch out. Stream anything you want on the Roku Smart TV in the evenings or just let the quiet of the mountain setting do its thing.

We had a great 1 night stay with all the essentials covered here. Cozy and clean accommodations. Wonderful and super responsive host. We especially appreciated all of the thoughtful additions around the unit waiting for us: K-cups, creamers, chocolates, smart TV with ease of access to streaming, micellar makeup wipes, in bath shampoo, conditioner and body wash, etc. The bed was also roomy and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood & convenient location.

Very nice easy to deal with. Secure location with gate guard. Rental manager was very pleasant even wished my wife a happy birthday-the reason for our stay. Will us again no doubt!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Excellent comfortable bed, great deck. Beautiful neighborhood. Privacy was never an issue except the bathroom window blinds do not come down all the way and the window faces the front road. Another interior chair for seating would be nice and the deck chairs could have been more inviting with a little tidying up. Host was always helpful. Nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. I would like to make a suggestion. Maybe a small table with chairs in the corner. Need some where else to sit besides the bed and the one chair already there. Might want to look into a split system for the unit. Not being able to control the temperature in the unit was an inconvenient. I would book the unit again. We did see the pool, so could not give it an accurate rating.

Helen and the surrounding North Georgia mountains have a way of slowing people down, and that's exactly what we hope happens when you stay here. Whether you're coming for Oktoberfest, fall foliage, a winery weekend, or simply a couple of quiet days away, we want this place to feel like a genuine retreat rather than just a place to sleep.

Innsbruck is one of the best kept secrets in the Helen area. It's a gated golf community tucked into the North Georgia mountains, which means guests get a level of peace and natural beauty that you simply don't find when you're staying right in town.

The community itself has more to offer than most people expect. Guests have access to year round pickleball and tennis courts, seasonal pool access, and an impressive collection of resort amenities just a short drive inside the gates. The Solasta Spa at Innsbruck Resort is available for massages and treatments booked separately. The Caledonia Room restaurant and the Sky Bar, both located at Valhalla Resort within the community, are easy to reach by car and worth the short drive for a great meal or a relaxing drink without ever leaving the neighborhood. The Innsbruck Golf Club rounds it out for guests who want to play a round in a beautiful mountain setting.

The wooded mountain roads through the neighborhood are beautiful on their own, especially during fall foliage season when this area is absolutely stunning.
And yet downtown Helen is literally 1.3 miles away. Oktoberfest, tubing on the Chattahoochee, restaurants, shops, the Christmas market, all of it is a five minute drive. Guests get the calm of a mountain golf community without sacrificing any of the convenience that makes Helen such a popular destination.

For couples especially, Innsbruck strikes a balance that's hard to find. Quiet evenings, resort amenities a short drive away, and everything you came to Helen for just down the road.

We also offer a one-bedroom option in the same community for guests who want a little more space. Just search Nacoochee on VRBO to find it.
