Helen Studio – King Bed, Roku TV, Private Deck

Enjoy a relaxing stay just 1.3 miles from downtown Helen in this efficient, well-equipped studio located in the gated Innsbruck community. Spend your days strolling Bavarian-style shops, dining at local restaurants and beer gardens, or heading outdoors for tubing on the Chattahoochee (Cool River Tubing – 1.3 miles, Helen Tubing – 3.3 miles), hiking to nearby waterfalls like Anna Ruby Falls (5.8 miles), Dukes Creek Falls (5.9 miles), and Raven Cliff Falls (6.9 miles), or visiting local wineries. You’ll find Habersham Winery (1.9 miles), Sweet Acre Farms (1.5 miles), Yonah Mountain Vineyards (10 miles), Serenity Cellars (7.1 miles), Limoges Cellars (11.2 miles), and The Cottage Vineyard (12.6 miles) all within a short drive. This convenient location puts you close to it all.

Inside, the studio features a king-size bed, Roku smart TV, WiFi, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Step outside onto your private back deck with seating for two. Guests will have a private entrance and access to one assigned parking space, clearly marked in front of the building.

The studio is part of a quiet four-unit building. Two units are long-term residences, and one other is also a short-term rental. There are no shared interior spaces. We simply ask guests to be courteous and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially in the evenings.

The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building, and individual units do not have a thermostat for guest use. The temperature is maintained between 68–72°F year-round. A ceiling fan and portable fans are provided to help guests adjust airflow to their preference.

The property is also located just 0.5 miles from Valhalla Resort, which features a spa, golf course, and restaurant—all open to the public. Guests are welcome to book services, tee times, or dinner reservations directly with the resort. In the warmer months, guests do have access to the community outdoor swimming pool.

This studio is a clean, private, and well-located home base for exploring everything Helen and the North Georgia mountains have to offer—without the hassle of being right in the middle of town.
