First off, the host was super easy to communicate with! That was definitely my favorite part of the experience. I did feel that the spaces could’ve been cleaned a bit better prior to us coming. However, I think the main issue was the amount of bugs we saw. Due to the location, it’s definitely expected to see some spiders and such, but I think having stronger pest control would cause less “activity” to occur. Other than that, the process was smooth and the host did not require a crazy checkout process at all :)

Great location. Minutes from everything you could possibly need. Loved the 3 seperate spaces for people. This property is perfect for multi families. I will be staying here again.

The second unit in the back was dusty and had a lot of bugs, the property needed some upkeep done. The onsite parking was only usable if your vehicle had significant ground clearance, no sedan could get in or out with damage. The host was very responsive, but didn't take care of getting the AC fixed during our stay. Checking in after dark with no lights on was concerning.
