Nestled in Holmes Beach, this delightful 3 story house offers 3 nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a range of fabulous amenities. Perfect for guests looking for a terrific getaway. This cozy retreat is the ideal spot to relax and unwind. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Living Space:
-Third floor. Enjoy a view to the Gulf in a master bedroom, walking closet, bathroom with shower and bathtub. It also has a queen sofa bed.
-Second floor. Two bedroom with a full bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Have your cup of coffee with an ocean view at the sun deck shared by both bedrooms.
-First floor. Car garage with complementary beach gear, ping pong and foosball table, and laundry room.
-Outside area. BBQ, dining and sitting area, TV, and shower.

Evys was the best host! So many little extras were included that made our stay so comfortable! They had all of the beach necessities and the kitchen had everything we needed to put our meals together!The house was convenient to EVERYTHING! And the proximity to the beach was our favorite thing of all! We can’t wait to come back to Holmes Beach and ‘By the Sand’ this summer!

The house was great in a prime location right next to the beach. It was clean, well stocked and as described. The host, Evys checked in with us to make sure all was good and he was very responsive with any question we had.

This house is amazing! This was my first VRBO rental and I could not believe how kind and responsive the host was. This home was so clean and truly had everything you could possible need. I loved the beach view from the master bedroom. It is such a short walk to the beach. So many restaurants/bars close by, and two trolley stops right there too. The outdoor space is beautiful with multiple options to enjoy! The garage is packed full of fun for everyone . I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful home minutes from the beach. Had everything we needed. Perfect for our family trip to Florida for a wedding. Host was easy to reach via the VRBO link and responded within minutes each time. Would definitely recommend this home!
