アイルヘイブンAは、一生続く思い出を作るのに最適な家です！ アンナマリア島の古典的なフロリダの魅力をリラックスして楽しむのに最適なビーチゲッタウェイです。 ビーチに到達するための交差点はありません!! この新しく改装された3ベッドルーム/ 2。 5バスデュプレックスは、考えられるすべての設備を提供します。 この美しく装飾されたオープンフロアプランには、フラットスクリーンの快適なシーティングと6名様分のダイニングをご用意しております。 大きなキッチンには、食事や軽食を準備するのに必要な調理器具がすべて揃っています。 リビングエリアのすぐそばにあるこの素敵な家にはプライベートオフィスもあります。 2階には、2番目と3番目のベッドルームにキングサイズベッドとクイーンサイズベッドとマスターベッドルームがあります。 マスターベッドルームから追加の睡眠を利用できます。 リビングエリアと2階の北の寝室から離れた場所にある小さなデッキの1つでくつろぎます。 ビーチは通りを歩いてすぐのところにあり、通りはありません。 同じことは、ホームズビーチのバー、レストラン、ショップにも当てはまります。 アンナマリア島のすべてを探索するには、ホテルのすぐ近くに停車する無料のトロリーをご利用ください。 場所はこれ以上良くありません！ 大規模なパーティーでは、4人を収容できるアイルヘイブンBをレンタルすることもできます。

Great house for fun at the pool

The pool is a great size and very convenient for all day at the pool days! Beach is so close that even surprised us on this tiny island. The kitchen is fully equating looks newly redone!

It was spacious dog friendly and had a pool. The kitchen and bathrooms were exactly what we needed with our big family. The pool was so nice and the place had a great outdoor shower . Great Beach Location

Reviewer Comments: This location is great for beach time and walkable to some fun restaurants, coffee shops etc. The house itself is a little beat up. The AC/Heat are really loud. The pool, while functional, doesn't really look like the pictures. The bottom was apparently damaged in attempts to clean it out post hurricane. My kids still swam in it. The spa is not a hot tub. The kitchen is great and very well stocked. The bathrooms are fine, not great, but the water pressure was good and hot water supply extensive.

LOVED IT

We were so pleased with our Anna Maria VRBO stay. The house is beautiful with a great location, close to the beach and dining. The house has everything you could possibly need. I felt like I was staying at someone’s home, not a piece part put together vacation rental. Property manager was responsive to questions in timey manner. I would definitely recommend this listing!

Amazing!!!

This place is absolutely amazing, so beautiful! It has everything you need and it’s so close to the beach and shops! The pool was perfect! We loved it so much and we cannot wait to come back! Thank you for a beautiful vacation at your rental!❤️

Great location!

Great location and the house has everything you need. The only issue we had was the carpets and rugs were very dirty. All of our socks had black on the bottom of our feet after a trip upstairs. The house, pool and location and amazing.

Late spring break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was able to get in no problems. The home is in need of updating appliances are old. I had to light the gas stove. They did send a maintenance man out and he was helpful in getting the burners to light without having to use out side lighter and get the oven going. Washer and dryer worked, extremely loud because of their age 2nd refrigerator, which was helpful was extremely noisy. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. The home is in a great location and Pool area is very nice. The property was clean. Well maintained that way just needs updated appliances , New mattresses had to bring us a new coffee maker while were there coffee maker would not work

As Good As The Photos

This was a lovely, spacious, delightful property. It was just as nice in real life as the other online photos! The kitchen is so well stocked, we had a hard time remembering where to put away items we had used! (The only addition we would have liked would be cloth napkins.) We were especially pleased by Kevin, the realtor’s Mr. Fixit. He came a couple of times & was just terrific! And the location was great too.

Beautiful and Great Location!

The house was clean with a big kitchen that had everything you need. Location was one block from the beach and across the street from restaurants/bars and some shopping.

Loved our stay!

Loved our stay at Anna Maria Island! The house was clean, spacious and fully stocked with kitchen essentials, plenty of towels and beach accessories. Only issue we had was the cleaning crew arrived just before our check in time and were there an hour after our check in time. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we arrived a little later but we even let the host know we’d be there right at the check in time, so we ended up waiting in our car for about an hour. But overall would definitely stay there again!

Great family vacation

It was close to the beach, shopping, excellent restaurants and the trolley stop. We had an issue with an awning, but it was very professionally rectified. The maintenance man, Kevin, was very accommodating. We will definitely recommend Florida Dreams and Isle Haven A to our friends who are looking for a wonderful location and responsive hosts!

Great location to chill!

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely property. (This was the first time we stayed on the side with the pool!) We love how close it is to local shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach entrance. This property is fully stocked with the two things we all need, plenty of clean kitchen utensils and secondly, a nice selection of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach towels, etc.)to load up the wagon and take down to the beach and set up shop for the day!!! We’re hoping to comeback soon!!!

Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice and as described in listing; however, the bathrooms were small. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens and pillows. The kitchen was huge, but I could have done without the termites. They were unacceptable and something I had never experienced in a rental. It was wonderful having your own pool, but upon arrival toys, floats, furniture was not neatly organized. The shells around the pool are rough on the feet, so wear shoes. Artificial grass or some kind of turf would be easier to walk on. The steps into the pool could use a handrail for a safer entry in and out of the pool. The location of the property was convenient to everything. Next time I would prefer a view of the ocean and a portion on the beach with no seaweed, but that is not the owners fault. They do have a very nice place and it's well maintained. You can walk to several restaurants and shops. Florida Dreams was very responsive to questions, concerns, and requests. I paid $280.00 (TOO HIGH) for professional cleaning and should not have to strip the beds, take out the trash, or run the dishwasher, etc. My the time I left I felt like there was not much left for the maid to do.

The kitchen is huge and has doubles of everything, and I mean everything! The bedrooms all have adequate space for a long stay. Then there’s the pool...we used it a lot! It was so warm. Being the end of Dec/beginning of January, we were prepared for the hot tub to not get very hot, but it was! I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the island. Stores and many restaurants are literally across the street. We had many good meals! Also, this house is pretty much in the middle of the island. We took the golf cart that we rented to both ends of the island. Lastly, the beach is down the road, about a block or 2. Very easy walk with the wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas that are provided. We would not hesitate to stay here again! (Gave 4 stars for amenties only because we would have liked more rafts/floaties for the pool. Not a big deal though. Bought some already blown up from a store across the street).

Always a great stay in Holmes Beach, great rental property!!

We loved our stay at this property! It's a very short walk to the beach and a street over several restaurants and shops! The house had everything we needed and the space was great for our family of 5.
