The property was clean. All amenities were as advertised. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The stay from booking to check-out was seamless.

This property is perfectly situated close to travel routes and local venues. The Host, Chris, was accommodating and clear with information, check-in/out, and responsive to questions or noticing when the power went out (a storm).Amenities within the house were just what was needed. We couldn't ask for better.My 90 parents were comfortable and the host was willing to make their stay comfortable!

This home is a remodel in progress, but it is well-kept, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. We were in the area to attend my son's graduation from Hamilton College. The drive was 10-15 minutes, so the home was very convenient.

Other than the place being in transition with active updates there were no issue. The updates that are already completed are great.

Stayed several days in this clean, comfortable, quiet home, visiting family in the area. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels and nice shower products. We really liked the location, rural, but close to restaurants (try Off the Brick Pizza) and shopping. Our super nice host Chris, was quick to respond to any questions we had. Planning another trip soon and would definitely stay here again.

Home was located on a quiet rural road. Easy access to I-90. Home adequate but clearly a flip that isn’t entirely finished. Had mildew smell in entrance…better after A/C engaged. Kitchen & dining area the nicest areas of home. Bedrooms and bathrooms are okay but need some work. Only complaint is shower and laundry…difficult to regulate shower water and faucet handle fell off several times. Washing machine had standing moldy smelling water along edge of drum. We didn’t spend a great deal of time there as we were busy so it met our basic needs.
