Welcome to The Spruce!
The Spruce features a yard and driveway for parking, along with onsite laundry facilities. Additional amenities include air conditioning, fast WiFi, a Roku Smart TV, and a DVD player. The rooms are well-lit with dimming options available in the living room and kitchen. Accent lamps are strategically placed throughout. For added convenience, extra bedding, blankets, pillows, towels, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, shower toiletries, and laundry/dish soap are provided
Feel free to make use of the entire property, including the house, garage, driveway, front yard, and backyard
Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well as several food delivery options.
