We only used this as our base. We used the hot tub at night before bed. Got up cooked breakfast, ate then we were gone for the day. It was nice, comfortable and clean.

Great locaation near the SHARC pool and the village/grocery store but not so close you hear any noise.Adequate for 3 couples and 2 kids, Lots of little annoying things, like appliances that should be replaced, lights and a fan that didn't work, poorly lit living room and one of the bathrooms. Has 3 bathrooms that were nice.

Nice property for small group or medium family. Enjoyed our stay but recommend that shampoo be included in the bathroom amenities. Love the location too!

Absolutely Delightful!

A lovely home with all of the amenities one could need! Very comfortable and cozy, exceptionally fun hot tub including a little water fall spray, enjoyed a brief session in the sauna, very well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds and furnishings. The location was ideal for us -- easy walking distance to the village as well as to the Sharc swimming and water attractions. Our 6 and 10 year old granddaughters were thrilled with the village bungy jumping, rock climbing, Sharc pools and water slides. We definitely plan on returning to this property! Thank you!!

Need to Breath

We had come over for a concert and really enjoyed the retreat. Especially the sauna and hot tub, most therapeutic! One of the best hot tub jets ever with so many different seats with different adjustments! Amazing:)

House was dirty

Dust bunnies all over floors. Floors sticky and dirty had food stuck on floors. Bath mats old and not washed. Top comforters of bedding dirty had to sleep with just sheets. Shower curtains had mold on them. Couches and chairs stained and unappealing to sit on. Management property mountain resort properties at sunriver combative and condescending. I have stayed at several properties through vrbo and never had an issue like this before. Take my advice and don’t rent this house and def avoid renting through mountain resort properties. They will not help you. I felt the gentlemen was very rude to me and dismissive of my issues but when speaking to my husband was Courteous which makes me think women do not get the level of respect men do at this company.

Lovely home

Perfect distance from both the Village and the SHARC. Especially having a 4 year old that had just learned to ride his bike, he was very proud of how many places he rode to. Sauna was a nice touch and very relaxing. Only complaint is that sound carries on through the walls overly well.

Needs a little refresh and maintenance.

The kitchen utensils were cheap but there was a good variety of options. We only had want of a 9 x 13 for the size of group we had. Maybe we just didn't find it. It was unpleasant to work in the kitchen with cheap pots, pans, knives and utensils. The silverware needed a good purge of ones that were unfit for the table because of being caught in the garbage disposal. The couches were also cheap and the cushions were never in their place. There were a number of maintenance issues we brought up to the property manager. We had to stop by the office (just up the road) because the two times I called they didn't answer the phone. They were very prompt to send the maintenance man who was knowledgeable and attentive, but we never saw him the rest of the week. We didn't follow up on our end since the issues didn't create any roadblocks to our functioning in the home. We'll assume he fixes the problems mentioned since they required purchases and work orders. There were other maintenance needs the house had, but we decided to not sound like picky renters (we're just experienced landlords) and just enjoy our time. And we did. The location was fantastic, the layout of the home was also great. We'll pick a different house next time hoping for better quality equipment in the kitchen.

This is an excellent place to stay for families. Close to the Village, to SHARC, and the trail.

Our family enjoyed staying on this property. Although it's curbside appeal is pretty low, it worked great for us. The hot tub is brand-new, there's plenty of natural light inside, and the bedrooms are well situated - each with its own bathroom. There are no extra pillows, sheets, or blankets. Also no beach towels on site. This property does not have a garage, which made the patio quite crowded with all of our bikes. The Wii was a big hit, the kitchen was lovely and well-stocked. We loved walking to SHARC - there's also a great little Park right next to SHARC with a climbing wall. Our boys loved it! Also very handy to be able to walk to the Village.

Perfect!

This property has everything: kitchenware, plenty of towels, hottub, centrally located to the Village for groceries, restaurants, shops and the SHARC water recreation area.

This property was extremely well equipped, spacious, very clean & a fantastic location!

We loved our stay here, and can’t wait to come again. We would recommend this property to our friends looking for a great location for skiing or summer activities. I loved that the village and the aquatic center are a short walk away. We felt very warm & cozy here and appreciate all the attention to details by the owners, making this one of my favorite places to stay. Mt. Bachelor was only a 20 min. drive so it was a perfect ski vacation and thank you for providing SHARC passes. 5 stars well deserved!
