    Just as pictured. Safe environment, very well maintained inside and throughout the community. Quiet, nice pool. Wish it were heated as indicated in description .host responded quickly to concerns.

    Lovely villa

    Villa is just as it looks in the picture, host was quick to reply to any questions. Quiet and peaceful complex which felt very safe. We would definitely stay there again.

    The rental rate was very affordable and details about the unit were spot on. It’s about 15 min from Disney attractions. Plenty of things in the area. Great stay.

    Good Value for the area

    This property met our needs perfectly. We had two adults and three teenagers and the accommodations were just right. It was clean and comfortable with the basic necessities.

    Great stay

    Great little gated community. Pool was a reasonable, short distance way but not heated so was very cold. The pool and deck area was a little smaller than expected but not too crowded - was always able to get a chair. Property was clean and quiet.

    Good value for the area

    This house is located close to all of the attractions in Orlando, and not too far from beaches and Kennedy Space Center. The onsite pool was great, and the home overall was exactly as advertised. The only small complaint I have is there wasn't a lot of kitchen items, so if you are wanting to do a lot of cooking it may be difficult. Otherwise the place was lovely!

    You call the host and they never answerThe air conditioning broke Host didnt answer in order to coordinate the ac fixThe host respond 48 hours later, we moved to an hotel for the days with no ac.Host or owner does not want to recognize the expenses in the hotelThen we will try to renovate the rent, they told us to talk with vrbo and then host will approve the rent extension.We contact vrbo and wait for 24 hours for host or owner to approve the rent extention.96 hours later host or owner respond saying that they dont want to extend the rent ,Terrible service

    As advertised, but old linens and towels

    Our stay here was okay. The property was as advertised, everything looks like the pictures. I didn't get check in information until the day of, which was a little stressful. The bed linens, blankets, and towels seemed older and a little cheap. I think updating those would make a huge difference. The actual bed was comfortable. Location was great for Disney, and rental was affordable for our whole stay. We didn't use the pool, although it looked great.

    Lovely but can be more cozy and welcoming

    The unit and property amenities are great; however, it’s only a place to stay. The listing indicates that you need to bring your amenities and that’s correct. At minimum a starter coffee would have been a plus. We had to purchase coffee filters (200 pack) that would be of no use to us after the stay. There were no additional throw blankets to cover and snuggle to watch TV.

    Great location and property. The property was very clean and kept up well. I was disappointed the pool was not heated. I contacted the number for maintenance the first day about 2 things, one being a light out in the kitchen which made the kitchen very dark. They never came and I never heard back from them. There were no washcloths provided and very little toilet paper for a visit this long, other than that I had a great stay.

    Great unit 20 mins drive to Disney

    The unit was very functional for our needs. It’s very basic, I’m used to these rentals having simple things like travel toiletries, coffee filters for the coffee machine and more than one pod for the dishwasher. Just know you have to buy all these basic items on your stay. There is a gas station with a full mart practically in walking distance. We went for NYE for the park on the night of the 30th/morning 31st the commercial trash bin right outside the window was picked up at 2:30am! Hope it was only because of the holidays. That is my only real complaint, and that they need to leave spare batteries for the tv remotes. No one travels with batteries and that is something the guests shouldn’t have to buy. But all in all, the unit was spacious and in a safe gated community. Would definitely stay here again.

    Vacation

    TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!! Prior to arriving, we received our check-in email where our name along with another family was attached, we reached out asking if there was someone else staying in the home with us and received no response. We came to town to go to Disney so we pretty much only needed a place to sleep and shower and we could barely do that. The shower in the master bathroom downstairs did not drain we stood in ankle-deep water while showering each time and had to stand on washcloths due to the tub being an extreme fall hazard from being so slippery. We reached out to the owner and received no response back once again. 4 small towels were provided but no washcloths or hand towels were available. So make sure you pack towels. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable you could feel the springs in every single mattress in the townhome we had to go out and purchase mattress toppers just so we could sleep. Upon arriving to the condo the air temperature was set to 79 degrees and was extremely muggy in there. The upstairs bedroom stunk of BO, and we were unable to use that bedroom for the length of our stay. We were hardly left with toiletries as stated in the condo description we had a little more than half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 trash bag. So Pack those as well. On our final night we decided to do laundry and out with our clothes from the dryer came a cockroach. Overall this place was very disappointing and the lack of communication was not acceptable.

    Fraud and Scam avoid this Host and Vrbo

    I have booked this property for week, the host never responded in message , phone call direct to mail box always tried from morning 7 to five pm, went with family to property around 4pm check-in time. No response so reached Vrbo, vrbo each call 30mn and then they divert the call and with 30mn . Finally they tried to reach host and no response, so vrbo offered me one day hotel stay after spending money for home booking and with family of six , two small kids and worst hotel with no kitchen I didn't take it and vrbo told me to check other properties. So I booked other non vrbo property because that the was only available at that last moment booking,while waiting on Road with family. After finally checked in at new booking place, 7:35pm.this host responded and said I can come . I was like already tired, exhausted, frustrated and spent double money. End of story vrbo and host took all money without even a day saty at this place. Both are Scam and Cheaters, it's like one way you pay to them and no response you will get. Don't use Vrbo and this Host is Terrible.

    The townhouse is very comfortable, keep in great condition .

    The properly was excellent, very comfortable and clean. Communication with the host was excellent and photos are accurate, what they show on photos it is how the townhouse looks. We are happy with our stay !
