Sensational Gulf Front Views and Pristine White Quartz Beaches

The Sony 65" OLED HDTV with 4K Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room and a Sony 55" HDTV with Blu-ray/DVD in the master bedroom make this 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo a sports fan's favorite. There are also flat screen TVs with Blu-ray/DVD players in both guest bedrooms. If you are a Netflix customer, streaming movies are available on all TVs. In addition, a reading library, games, puzzles, a personal computer with internet access, free WIFI, and a cordless phone with answering machine are available.

Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony as well as Caribbean style decor make this 1,675 square foot condominium a renter's favorite. The completely renovated kitchen includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

Other features include 9-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, a large newly-renovated master bath with a granite counter top and whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space. The second bath is also fully renovated with granite counter tops and a double shower.

Great location and suite.

This is the second year that we have stayed at Sea Chase. It is a great location. In 301C, please fix the grab bars in the shower. One is loose and the second one is not even attached to the wall. I am a senior citizen, and these things are important to me. Also, the filter in the refrigerator needs changed so that the water on the outside of the refrigerator will work. However, the icemaker that you have installed in the bar area works perfectly.

Nice Condo

The master bath is dated and feels a bit worn out, but everything else feels like it's been updated in the last decade. Beds and living room furniture are very comfy. Living room rug is quite stained and should be cleaned or replaced. Coffeemaker was so gross I had to buy one for our stay. Otherwise, condo was very clean. The kitchen is very nice and we loved the ice maker in the bar area. The view is wonderful but be advised one of the resort hot tubs is directly below the balcony...we had a night with very drunk guests yelling in the hot tub until midnight. It's supposed to be quiet hours after 10, but clearly no one monitors this. Check in was super easy and the condo was ready well ahead of 5 pm, which was wonderful. Location in Orange Beach is fantastic - a neighborhood walmart across the street, plenty of restaurants to walk to (although sidewalks are intermittent - it's not accessible or great walking for the elderly). Overall, this condo was a good value for the price.

Relaxing visit

This property was awesome. Very clean, spacious and beautiful. It was in a great location and had great amenities. If I had to complain about anything it's that the outdoor furniture could be updated. Other than that everything was perfect for us. We will definitely be back!

Everything is always great, but I didn't like that the check in time now is 5:00pm. I feel that is too late and should be adjusted back to 4:00pm. We had issues with parking as well and not being able to find a parking space. We had to park in a spot that wasn't a parking spot until it could be resolved the next morning. You have to pay for a parking tag and they know how many parking spaces that they have, so that shouldn't be an issue. But, 301C is great and we will be back to this unit.
