Excellent!

This was our 3rd year at Seachase. We love the property and the location. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family, updated, and beautifully decorated. Planning to comeback next year! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Best Vacation Ever

Million dollar view. Clean and modern condo with tons of convenience right across the street within walking distance. Beautiful beach access with a pool and a hot tub on site. Nice to see a rental that is modern and inviting.

Family vacay

The condo was newly remodeled and it was beautiful. If you have littles probably not the best condo to stay in due to white couches and bed linens but older kids for sure. We definitely will be back. The pools are both for adults and kids. Everyone is beyond friendly. We are very appreciative of the owners allowing us to stay in their beautiful vacation home. We come to gulf shores or orange beach every year hands down best stay ever.

It’s beautifully decorated and has a great view of the beach. Also right across the street are a couple of grocery stores, restaurants and ice cream shops. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Beach chairs and umbrellas for rent right on the beach in front of the condos patio made our stay very enjoyable.

All the staff at SeaChase are responsive and very helpful. I dealt with both Danielle and and Angela and they are wonderful representatives of this property. The security staff are also well informed and helpful. Even though the weather wasn't the best this year, I am planning on returning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very well updated. Good location. Love Orange Beach. Probably won’t stay there again. Guest toilet seat won’t stay up. Had to hold it every time I stood to use. Both bedrooms were 3-5 degrees warmer than main room. Didn’t agree with fitness center hours where I couldn’t work out until 7 am. Prefer more lounging furniture on patio. The checkout of 9 am is ridiculous, especially considering check in time is 5 pm. Every other VRBO Weber stayed in is 10 am checkout and 3 or 4 pm check in. Had to rent chairs. Many rentals provide chairs and umbrellas. We’ve stayed in Orange Beach before. This was ok, but will select other options next time.

Excellent Waterfront View!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect View! Dolphins swim each morning right in front! Couldn't get a better view of the beach! This condo is very spacious! The Master Suite is huge! It even has a little separate area to keep a baby. It is colorful and convenient. The only NEGATIVE is, it NEEDS UPDATING! The furnishings and fixtures have seen a better day! We would jump at the chance to stay in this condo again, if we knew the owners had gone in and updated the place! If worn/outdated doesn't bother you, the condo is perfect! Also, the ice maker in the fridge of the bar, makes a loud noise! Be Aware: There is a crazy UTurn in the street in front of Sea Chase. It's fine when you figure it out. When you get your key pouch, you will have a little card to get through Beach gate. It's a magnetic type lock. The gate was just below us. Folks forgot the keycard at times...... We ate at Doc's and BT's for good casual dining. Moe's Barbeque just across the road, was good,too! We'd recommend staying here for sure. The surroundings and staff could not have been any nicer!!! ENJOY!

Our unit was on the 3rd floor and across from the elevator which made it easy with 2 small kids. The short walk to the beach also nice.

We had no issues with Condo 303E--love the separate ice maker in this unit. Suggestion: The single cup Keurig wasn't working too good, and there were no blankets for the beds--but we supported the local economy, made a quick trip to the store, and purchased these for our stay. Did not look at this as an issue. Just a suggestion for future renters.

The kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed and the ice machine at the wet bar was an added plus. The master bedroom was spacious and so was the master bath. The second bedroom and bath were nice as well. The property was clean and well kept. The balcony was a great place to sit in the mornings and watch the dolphins as they swam by, it was also a great place to sit and watch the sunsets. The place was really quiet and relaxing. If there was anything that could be improved would be an update to the master beds mattress and the living room sofa and chair. other than that the condo and our stay was excellent. We are already planning another visit in the spring. I would highly recommend Sea Chase to anyone visiting the Orange Beach Gulf Shores area.
