I love how walkable everything is, and there’s always something happening—whether it’s a farmers market or a concert at WTAMU. The neighborhood is peaceful, with tree-lined streets and that warm, small-town Texas feel. And when you’re ready for a little wild beauty, Palo Duro Canyon is just down the road—perfect for hiking, stargazing, or soaking in those big Texas skies.
