Want a convenient and charming place to stay while visiting Johnson city?
Like hot tubs?
Need office space and fiber to WFH?
Want to prepare/ enjoy meals with your friends/ family?

Look no further!

I have 4 bedrooms -1 king, 2 queen beds upstairs and an office/ full bed downstairs ( with a private bath that has a very nice clawfoot cast iron tub - wink).

Feel free to enquire about longer stays. Depending on the situation, we can be flexible on check-in and check-out times. (Please reach out). This stylish place is perfect for close groups to make new memories together.

This was our 2nd stay here. It's location next to ETSU and downtown were helpful. Very spacious and comfortable.

Great location, beautiful home in the historic Tree Streets. We rented the main home and the garage apartment. The apartment was quite nice and would recommend it also. Very comfortable, No complaints. Would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for our family. We had 5 people stay to visit our ETSU student. The location was convenient and the home was clean comfortable and well appointed. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was great! Liang was attentive and kind. He even supplied a sound machine for us when we asked if one was available! Great location, great home, great host.

Beautiful, clean, charming home inside and out , walkable to Johnson city and ETSU. We enjoyed our stay as a family at this property while visiting our ETSU student . It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood. During our downtime it was a Great place for sitting on the front porch and enjoying the spacious backyard area.

Just what we needed. We were visiting our daughter at ETSU and it was a perfect landing place for the family. We really enjoyed being able to walk over to campus so easily. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out, cook in the kitchen, and just enjoy our time in JC.

We could not have been more pleased with how our stay went. The house was a perfect location for us while down in Johnson City for a softball tournament. The property was clean, comfortable and super convenient. We also don’t have enough wonderful things to say about the owner Liang. After we had booked our stay my work schedule caused an issue with our arrival date. Liang was incredibly understanding with our change and worked with us along the way. He was easy to communicate with and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. He was everything you’d want from a vrbo owner. I’m not sure we will ever be in this area of Tennessee again but if we are I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to try and stay here again!!

The Home was clean and ready for us. Liang made check in very simple. We able to cook some meals at the home in the kitchen and on the grill. It was a great set up for us. If I am back in Johnson City again, I would definitely book this place again!

The tree streets are beautiful and convenient. Mature trees line the streets and the neighborhood takes pride in keeping everything beautiful but not stuffy. Great vibes reside here!
It’s also close enough to walk to campus or downtown.

My home is the best combination of charm and modern conveniences (central air).
