I have 4 bedrooms -1 king, 2 queen beds upstairs and an office/ full bed downstairs ( with a private bath that has a very nice clawfoot cast iron tub - wink).

This stylish place is perfect for close groups to make new memories together.

Great location, beautiful home in the historic Tree Streets. We rented the main home and the garage apartment. The apartment was quite nice and would recommend it also. Very comfortable, No complaints. Would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for our family. We had 5 people stay to visit our ETSU student. The location was convenient and the home was clean comfortable and well appointed. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, clean, charming home inside and out , walkable to Johnson city and ETSU. We enjoyed our stay as a family at this property while visiting our ETSU student . It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood. During our downtime it was a Great place for sitting on the front porch and enjoying the spacious backyard area.

Just what we needed. We were visiting our daughter at ETSU and it was a perfect landing place for the family. We really enjoyed being able to walk over to campus so easily. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out, cook in the kitchen, and just enjoy our time in JC.

The Home was clean and ready for us. Liang made check in very simple. We able to cook some meals at the home in the kitchen and on the grill. It was a great set up for us. If I am back in Johnson City again, I would definitely book this place again!

The tree streets are beautiful and convenient. Mature trees line the streets and the neighborhood takes pride in keeping everything beautiful but not stuffy. Great vibes reside here!
It’s also close enough to walk to campus or downtown.

My home is the best combination of charm and modern conveniences (central air).
I’ve got a spacious backyard and hot tub. My happy place to relax!
