Additional Notes:
-No central air conditioning (typical for Steamboat homes). Summer days can be warm, but Steamboat’s cool mountain nights and provided fans ensure restful sleep.
-Exterior security cameras monitor driveway and entrances for safety; no cameras inside the home.

House Rules & Policies
-Pets: Dogs only, max 2, with $75 fee per dog (non-refundable). Please pick up after your pets, keep them kenneled when unattended, and no pets on furniture. Reach out if you need exceptions.
-No parties or events. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect neighbors.
-Parking limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway — no street or garage parking allowed.
-No smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
-Guests must be 30+ years old unless children of booking party.
-Rental agreement required to be signed within 48 hours of booking.
