Please put all used bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels into the grey basket (check master bed closet). Please park your car on the street.
All trash should be in the kitchen garbage bag and put it in the black bin (outside). DO NOT move furniture and TV to any other room.
Turn off all the lights, AC, TV, microwave, and fan. Dish wash: All plates, glasses, and other kitchen items should be clean.

A good price, but listing is inaccurate. This is a basement unit and there was a lot of noise from the family living above very early in the morning, not “perfectly quiet” as described. There are only two beds and a very uncomfortable sofa - not a sofa “bed.” The code for the door was listed incorrectly in the parking directions of the listing so we were locked out for a long time before we were able to figure out how to get in. Host has fixed this error since we stayed. I was not able to locate the thermostat in the unit and it was very cold at night. Overall disappointing.

Pretty run down. Smelled like marijuana. The couch needs to be replaced. Great water pressure in shower. Appliances are decent. We didn't use the appliances much.
