気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
There are inaccuracies in the listing. The outside shower is only cold water. There is only one parking spot. There are items in the condo which are broken including headboards. There are also dirty items throughout including pillows, couches, parts of the stove and grill. I did not receive communication back from the host after I started sending messages about my concerns and difficulties with the property. I never heard from her again. The dryer does not properly work. It affected our stay as it took about one hour to dry only one piece of clothing. If you put more than one item, the items would not dry.

良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション
The host was originally very good at communicating. However, when I voiced my concerns she quickly shut them down and proceeded to tell me that she is also at an Airbnb and sees issues but chooses to not “complain” about it. My complaints consist of: the master bedroom door not completely closing, the dryer not working at all, the kitchen drawer completely broken and unusable, sitting on the couch and having the air conditioning vent leak and not having pillows to sleep on. (We were told to bring our own linens, not pillows). I had purchased pillows and pillow cases and she said she would reimburse me for them and to just leave them there at checkout. I screenshot the total I spent on those items and she has yet to answer me or reimburse me. This house is also on a main road so there is traffic all night long and you should expect to not be able to sleep if staying in the master bedroom. Again, when I expressed all these concerns she brushed it off and said “you get what you pay for”. Mind you, I spent a few thousand dollars on this location (I stayed for 7 nights). I frequently rent houses and this is the first time I’m writing a negative review. I would not recommend renting this home unless you are okay with the issues listed above.
