It was a pleasure staying here. We really enjoyed our stay, and everything was wonderful. We put the trash in the garage, cleaned up the house, and locked all the doors before leaving.Thank you for your hospitality! We’re leaving now and truly appreciate everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, from the well-equipped spaces to the little details that made the stay easy and relaxing.The location was especially convenient, with easy access to Niagara state park, Whirlpool State Park, restaurants, and essentials, while still offering a peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout, which made check-in and the entire visit hassle-free.Overall, it was a great experience and a lovely place to stay. We would definitely consider returning on a future trip.

The house inside is fine, clean, but there are no stores to buy food nearby, and the neighborhood is very ugly, it looks very neglected, the truth is I was afraid to stay there, but it is very close to the falls and that was the only good thing about staying there.

The Host was very responsive to our needs and questions. The house was immaculate and well maintained inside. It is very convenient to the falls by car. While close to the falls it would not be a comfortable walk to the State Park.

I rated this property as a four star simply due to the surrounding neighborhood. This area may not suit everyone but we did look and find that the area is safe, just has high poverty. This is located a mile from the Niagara Falls. The place was very clean and spacious, amenities were as listed, host was great at communication, cleaning up expectations were very minimal and as I normally expect. Cost was very affordable and allowed a family of five plenty of space to sleep without feeling overcrowded versus staying in a hotel. I would recommend this place for others to stay.

The local people of the neighborhood as well as the whole city are visitors friendly. Because millions of new people comes in the city to visit Niagara Falls every year. So, people living here dont have any scare, look, suspicious attitud and unruly questioning to strangers comparing to most of the American City. It is a very visitors friendly neighborhood and very good place for entrepreneurs.

It is a fully renovated entire town-house for rent. It has spacious 3 bedrooms and free private parking for guests.It is walk in distance from NY State Park and American Falls. A lot of necessary amenities like hospitals, city hall, groceries, restaurants and police station are located surrounding my property.
