Very nice condo on 8th floor overlooking 7th floor rooftop pool and lazy river and ocean! Enjoyed our trip with my 26 year old son and his friend and my 83 year old mother. Was the perfect condo for us. Clean. Quiet. Nice accommodations. Could use handrail in master bath tub for the elderly. Other than that would definitely stay here again. Family at the beach

Our stay was amazing. The condo was immaculate. It was perfect for what we needed. The only thing we wish is at the pool hours were a little bit longer access to the beach was great having the towels for the pool was a plus in the grass area to layout out and loved it would definitely stay again. Best vacation we’ve had in a long time.

Our second stay here was more enjoyable than the first.

We stayed at this property last year and were so overwhelmed that we decided too came back this year for a second time. We were very pleased with his condo and could not have asked for a nicer host. He had made his unit more of a family space than a vacation destination. We are already looking at returning next year for an even longer stay. Thank you again Richard.

Excellent Place to stay next to the beach

We really enjoyed our week at the beach. Richard's place was perfect for our family of 4 adults. The location was excellent as is right in the middle of Myrtle Beach downtown and North Myrtle beach area so you could enjoy both equally without too much driving. The place was very clean and well laid out. Overall excellent. I do have to commend the owners as they were very accomodating with the check in process due to a mistake of my own; Richard helped out tremendously right at the last minute so our vacation was not upset in any way...thank you.

Spacious and Comfortable

Condo has everything you need, incredible oceanfront views, including sunrises, and the beds were soooo comfortable! As far as the condo, the only thing I would change (and I doubt there’s anything that can be done) is better internet service. It’s not a big deal to me because I don’t need much to entertain myself, but the rest in my party wanted to stream movies at night which the included service was not adequate for. They did not want to cast to the TV. It worked out though because I have a hot spot and that worked very well, There are lots of attractions easily within 10 minutes. Host was very responsive, probably the best communication I’ve experienced with VRBO.

Great location and space

The view from this property is amazing! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean while drinking our coffee. Very easy to get to the beach and pools. Plenty of parking. The space is perfect for a family. The beach chairs and boogie boards were a huge plus we did not expect. The kitchen was very well appointed and ideal for breakfasts and quick lunches in the condo.

It’s hard to be any closer to the beach and pools. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 6. Great amenities in the condo. You won’t regret renting this condo.

Perfect location

We just left the condo after our week long stay. It was just as described in the listing. It was clean, well stocked, great location. It is North of the busy downtown Myrtle Beach area. About a 10 minute drive. It was close to many great restaurants and grocery stores. The room location was nice for us, it is right above the rooftop pool and was noisy till the 10 pm quiet time but it was never a problem. There were nights I was is bed before that and the noise never kept me up. The owner was prompt in contacting me and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this property and would revisit again.

The condo is very clean and cozy. You can’t get a better view of the ocean , this condo has a wrap around balcony, access from two bedrooms and the living room. It has been our go to place for the last 3 years. Richard is a great host.

Granddaughter first beach vacation.

Was one of the best beach experience we’ve ever had with our family and friends over a two week period. My granddaughter’s first beach visit was one for the ages. Her reaction to seeing the ocean for the first time was priceless. Our friend’s visited a second week and were very impressed with the amenities and conditions of this rental unit. We could not have been happier with this space and look forward to a possible visit next year if this unit would become available.

We had a great girl's trip to Myrtle Beach. Our Condo on the beach was wonderful. The morning sunrise from our wrap around terrace were amazing. The condo was well equipped. There was not anything we needed that was not there. Our Host Richard was great to work with. He responded quickly to any texts. We would highly recommend this fabulous place to stay.

I'm Maureen, a retired teacher and my husband Richard is a retired Utility Analyst from US Steel. We're a homegrown Pittsburgh couple and our family of 2 children, 3 grandchildren, 2 Bulldogs, and a Pug is our pride and joy. We've been "hands on" owners over the years and we've diligently kept our vacation property in upgraded and well-maintained condition. Now we're excited to put our personal touches on the condo and take over renting it ourselves!

When we visited Grande Shores the first time, we were sold when we stepped out onto the wrap-around balcony - the view will stop you in your tracks every time you see it! We've been owners at Grande Shores since 2001, so we feel qualified to say it's an exceptional, family-oriented resort. You couldn't ask for a better location... the resort is set amidst an upscale residential neighborhood, close to restaurants and attractions.

Our condo is an "A" unit - one of only 6 in the entire building. The views of the ocean and coastline are unsurpassed. We promise you'll never forget you are at beach! The balconies overlook the resort's fabulous 7th floor roof-top pool deck, along with wide vistas of the ocean from every window. We think you will fall in love with the condo, the resort, and Myrtle Beach just as we have.
