You'll find yourself close to a variety of stores, restaurants, and a mall, with downtown Chicago only a 35-minute drive away. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate being 20-30 minutes away from swallow cliff woods and lake Katherine . Easy access to I-55 to explore the area. NO PARTIES or EVENTS or large gatherings allowed. Please be mindful of neighbors. This is a peaceful area. There are outdoor cameras in the property for safety.

The house was good for the price. The neighborhood was really quiet. My guests and I sneezed the whole time we were there before we realize that the main vent in the hallway was so dusty, it was black. Other than that it was exactly how it was explained. I would stay here again.

Located in a great neighborhood that felt quiet and safe throughout our stay. The property was fine for our stay, but there are a few areas that could use attention. Examples include the house needing a more thorough/deep cleaning, addressing the landscaping in the fenced-in yard, and some of the furniture and other the furnishings felt inexpensive, worn, or in need of repair/replacement. Overall, the property gave the impression that it has been minimally maintained and updated rather than thoughtfully cared for as a guest rental. It wasn't a terrible stay, but there is definitely room for improvement. With a deeper clean, better landscaping, and some investment in the furniture and overall upkeep, this could be a much nicer property for future guests.

Wonderful stay! The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy. The only thing I would mention is that the step into the house is very high. It was a challenge to get in and out for my elderly disabled mother. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay.

Nice little house with good value for three bedrooms. The bathroom is really nice. My biggest note is that the pullout bed part of couch isn't easy to assemble. But overall good place!

The house served it's purpose for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and well lit at night. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there weren't enough towels and washcloths for 4 people for 2 nights and there was no hair dryer. The house is older with some nice improvements but could use some more work.
