Welcome to paradise just off Siesta Key in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom gem that comfortably sleeps up to 6. Relax out back in your private pool & hot tub, with dining table and Smart TV. This spacious home boasts 1,300 square-feet of stylish interior upgrades and amenities which include granite counter tops, comfy beds, laminate floors, and chic furnishings. Located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood that is minutes to everything you need and want to see in beautiful Sarasota!

A newly, caged heated pool, hot tub, and alfresco dining area await in the private backyard of this 3BR/2BA home in Sarasota, giving you a tranquil outdoor haven to relax and socialize. After a dip in the pool, sizzle dinner over the outdoor grill before sharing meals around the poolside dining table.

This stylish, open-concept home impresses with sparkling granite countertops, dark laminate floors, and contemporary furnishings that let you relax in comfort after a fun-filled day of sightseeing.

The location is a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and public transport. Beaches (by bike) guests report takes about 15 minutes.

Approx. drive times to airport and major attraction cities:
5 to 15 min - beaches, theater, restaurants, shopping, and more
20 min - SRQ Airport
30 min - Outlet mall
50 min - St Pete
60 min - TPA Airport/Port of Tampa
2hr - Disney World

Key Residence Features
- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry machines, air conditioning, free WiFi, flat-screen TVs (one poolside), Tons of Pool and Beach toys, heated pool, hot tub, patio furniture, grill in the back yard and more!
- Phenomenal Sarasota location - only minutes from downtown, Siesta Key and other local favorites

Other things to note:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
-Stays in excess of three weeks may incur an additional cleaning fee.

Parking: Two garage parking spaces are provided along with driveway space for two cars. No more than 3 vehicles at any given time allowed. Sidewalk cannot be blocked while parking in driveway. No commercial trucks allowed.

Great Stay

The house was the perfect size. Pool, spa and location were great. The only negative for me was there were no tv's in the 2 guest bedrooms.

Superb location - nice amenities

We enjoyed our stay. We are sticklers about cleanliness and this was a 9/10 - not perfect but really nice. The garage was full of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach cart) which we used a lot. Parking in the garage was a bonus. Pool heated up really well, as did the hot tub. We've been to Sarasota many times and the Gulf Gate neighborhood is safe & very convenient to beaches & restaurants.

This property more than met our needs. We’re husband & wife plus 4 children from 10 to 17. This property is like being in the comfort of your own home! Rooms are spacious, kitchen is perfect, the pool & hot tub was our favorite spot & the communication was spot on!! Thank you for our great stay!!!

Absolutely Perfect Property! Highly Recommend!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to everything! The house was in pristine condition with everything we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub are wonderful! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Hot Tub and House Temp and Issue

The listing clearly designates in the listing description that there would be a functional hot tub. It took 3 days to get it working. This was the entire reason my husband decided to rent this property over other listings. In addition, the owners controlled the temperature and we could not. It was hot at night and was set to 76 degrees!!! It does not seem right to not be able to adjust the temperature to your own liking when this unit ends up being as much as a Ritz. I hope they change this for their other guests based on this review. I didn't realize this was happening until the last day. I would set the temp prior to going to bed and then realized it was being controlled remotely.

Wonderful stay

The location could not have been more perfect for us. We were close enough to the beach and town to partake in family reunion activities, then make the ten minute drive to our home and enjoy our quite time. Have the pool and entertainment the house provided, made this the perfect family vacation.

Amazing house

We had an amazing trip in this house and will most definitely be back! It's in the quietest neighborhood and is very spacious. The pool and hot tub were perfect and it was helpful that everything around the house is labeled so you know where things are. Anyone on the fence about renting this property, don't question it! You'll have a great time in this house!

Perfect house for family with kids

We traveled with kids 3 yo and 1 yo. House is perfect size for kids to play. My 1 yo doesn’t like to sit in one place, so hotel was out of question. This house is safe for kids, pool is big plus when you don’t want to go on beach. 10 min drive to beach. House has beach necessities ( chairs, umbrella, cooler, cart, towels and beach toys). Very quite at night, good for families.

Very nice property close to beaches and shopping

We were in Florida for a short stay and booked this lovely property. Everything was as described in the listing. It was very clean, reasonably well stocked, and had some lovely beach items for your use. One plus that we haven't found at some other vacation rentals is that they let you park in the garage, which is very convenient.

My time in a vacation property of Vrbo

Before taking occupancy we had a little difficulty contacting the manager. It all worked out . The property itself was spacious, clean and had a nice pool . It was located in a nondescript neighborhood , but was close enough to Beaches , restaurants and everything else . The home had everything we needed as well as extras. Plentiful towels in all bathrooms as well as towels at the nice pool . A barbecue grill was operational . We used both the grill and the pool . So, all in all , We liked it.

My husband and I stayed here with our kids for Spring Break. The kids loved swimming in the heated pool. I liked that everything thing clean and set up like a hotel. We also liked that there were name tags on everything in the kitchen. So you could find things easily. We would definitely rent from this property again.

Gulf Gate Estates

We loved the property. Only issue was the hot tub. There were no instructions. We wanted to get in it every night. We couldn’t get it hot enough. The property manager would turn it up remotely, but it was never hot in the evening. Finally, on Tuesday the pool man came and got ahold of the owner for instructions. It was great Tuesday night. Unfortunately we had to leave Wednesday, so we only enjoyed it one night. Next year, we’d like to contact the owner directly to find out how to use it properly.
