The unit was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The view to the pool was amazing and the staff at the Rizz were respectful and accommodating. The bed was comfy and will definitely stay at the Rizz again.

I’m Alexander, originally from Austria. I studied Hotel & Business Management in Austria, then came to Sosúa over three years ago to live here full-time and host travelers and help people in the real estate market!
I love helping guests discover the “real” DR: early swims in Sosúa Bay, kites at Cabarete, great coffee spots, and family-friendly beaches. Hosting, for me, means honest communication, clean & comfortable spaces, and quick support (I’m available on WhatsApp throughout your stay). I speak English, German, and Spanish, and I’m happy to share local tips—from quiet beaches to trustworthy tour operators and restaurants. My goal is simple: make your trip effortless, safe, and memorable.
