Inside, you’ll find a king master suite with private balcony access, a cozy queen bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony, a third bedroom with two twin beds, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room – comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. This condo also offers a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area, an open-concept living room showcasing stunning Gulf views, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or entertain, Majestic Beach Towers 2-1809 has everything you need for an unforgettable beachfront getaway. Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families; there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2-bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3-bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off-season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1- and 2-bedroom units.

*Guests do not have access to the fitness center at Majestic Beach Towers.*

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, Pier Park is less than 5 miles away! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Shipwreck Island is less than 2 miles away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop, or the White-knuckle Rapids.

Great Family Beach Getaway

We had an absolutely fantastic experience the property was clean and as advertised and the location was great lots of activities and things to do with the family. The owners Gil and leslie were really easy to work with and answered any and all our questions immediately.

Clean and large enough to accommodate everyone. We had everything we needed. I also appreciate that the owner allowed us to change from Sat-Sat to Sun-Sun due to the tournament dates.

Amazing time

We had the best time! The room was absolutely beautiful with a BEAUTIFUL VIEW! Gil was always on top of everything. Anytime we texted him he was quick to get back to us! All in all an amazing stay! Will be coming back!

Wonderful spring break for whole family

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures and the views from the corner balcony where spectacular. Gil and Leslie were very helpful and prompt with any questions that we had. The location is close to everything restaurants, grocery etc. We would definitely stay at your beautiful condo again. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Great vacation

My family had a great time in Panama City. The only thing we didn't like was the "June grass" that keep washing ashore. The beautiful emerald waters were murky green when we left. The condo was exactly as stated and the owner was great to communicate with us!

Wonderful

The condo was as listed. 18th floor, corner unit, very clean, wonderful views. We had no issues with the unit or the owners. Check-in/check-out instructions were simple. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from the owners in the future if at all possibly.

We just returned from a wonderful visit to Panama City and just loved our accomodations! The balcony with the table seating for six was perfect for our meals. The master was just gorgeous with a super big bath! The beaches were gorgeous, the pools were clean and inviting, the bar/restaurant at the pool was great, the parking was a breeze! I would recommend the corner unit. Very clean and comforatble. The owner was so pleasant to work with and made the transaction very easy. I am telling all my friends to book!!!!!!!! Can't wait to go back!!!!!!

Very Nice!

This was a very nice condo. The owners were wonderful to work with and all the paperwork went smoothly. The condo is clean and spacious with peaceful colors and decor. I especially appreciated the carpeting in the unit for the children and baby. Our children loved being up so high and I eventually got used to it! :) We've been to PCB numerous times and this unit is our favorite of condo rentals so far. Thank you!

Great sunrise and sunset viewing

We stayed the month of February. The condo was spacious with its three bedrooms. We loved the light from all the windows in the condo. The furnishings were casual and confortable. On many days the location of the balcony kepted us out of the wind and in the sun. The owners were responsive to our concerns. Little touches like labeling light switches made living easy. The indoor pool in Tower 2 was great until the stormy weather shut down the heater.The exercise facility was well equipped making the additional charge worth it. There was great viewing from the condo for sunrises and sunsets.

The owners were wonderful! The service was fantastic

It was amazing! Exactly what they told us and kept us informed through the whole process. Checkin was at 4pm, however as soon as it was ready we were notified so we could check in early.

Majestic 1809

Wonderful unit for our family of 5 adults. Plenty of room through the unit. Balcony was huge with large table and plenty of seating. Fully stocked kitchen. Full size washer/dryer was a nice bonus. Only negatives we could find were; master and middle bedroom mattress are only enough that they are uncomfortable and street side bedroom with balcony never got cool. One of double sinks in master bath was unusable the entire stay. Living room sofas were sinking in the middle. We very much enjoyed our stay, but don’t know if we’d book this unit again.

Weekend Getaway

First off, I will start by saying what a wonderful experience we had with the property owner Gill in terms of communications. We planned for a much needed weekend get away in the last minute. When we arrived at the location there were few things we thought of bringing to the property owner's attention. EVERYTYHING WAS TAKEN CARE OFF PROMPTLY.. This helped us get on with our vacation. Great location, Great views, Spacious rooms, tastefully decorated. Panaromic view of the gulph. Walk in distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Do check out the American Diner less than half a mile away, they offer a full hot breakfast for 9 bucks. The Majestic tower2 we stayed has a pool in the ground floor and a huge hot tub. Beach is few steps away from ground floor. Overall it was a pleasure to stay in a place that was well taken care off and most importantly it was a pleasure dealing with the property owner himself. A man of integrity. He keeps his words and goes out of his way to make sure the guests are provided with the best service possible. Note to future guests. Please treat this place as your own and respect the rules and follow the instructions provided in the welcome package. That will save the property owner Gill some heart ache. That is the least we all can do as guests to support property owners like Gill. Will stay again.
