Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz counter tops and backsplash. The open concept dining room boasts pond view with table, chairs and bar stools for cozying up to kitchen counter. There is a non-working fireplace with battery operated pillar candles for ambiance. The comfortable living room includes a queen sleeper sofa with mattress topper available, loveseat and 58" Roku smart TV. The spacious bedroom has a king size bed, 50" Roku smart TV and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is a desk and Xfinity wifi for telecommuting needs as well as a washer and dryer. The patio has a dining table for four and two Adirondak chairs to enjoy the pond with fountain. Head out the front door to the right, through community gate approximately a 15 minute, ½ mile walk to Cullen Street beach access or spend your day relaxing at the community pool. There are two numbered parking spaces with additional unassigned spots available. Linens and bath towels are provided. Guests should bring their own beach towels. Rental beach chairs and umbrellas are available on the public beach in season. There are local companies for crib and bike rentals. We will provide a starter supply of paper products. No parties, no smoking or vaping inside or outside. One quiet, well behaved dog with no aggression history is welcome with an additional pet fee. Please bring sheets or covers if your dog gets on furniture. The total number of occupants shall not exceed the number outlined in the lease unless agreed upon in writing.
